This hotel is spectacular! We loved it so much we extended our stay when our river cruise was cancelled. Our room was huge. And it is the biggest bathroom we have ever had in Europe. If we are ever able to return to Vienna, we would definitely stay here again. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is extremely clean. The location cannot be beat. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go once we stepped out the front door. We especially enjoyed the beautiful bar and do not skip the breakfast. It is in a gorgeous breakfast room with food made to order and specialties made in-house.

The room was beautiful, big master bedroom downstairs and stairs up the the girls room with two beds. Two bathrooms were great. Around the corner from St. Stephen’s cathedral and main major shopping street. Would stay there again. Did make a mistake and only booked for 2 people. There were 3 of us and I had to pay an extra 40 euro.

The Staff were very good, the breakfast was Ok - very nice bread rolls - though offerings were not extensive and coffee pretty weak. Unfortunately the restaurant did not exist as advertised which is one reason I booked it. It was in a very good location though.
