Welcome to our spacious 115m2 6BR/2BA shared apartment located in ground floor!



This private room features a double bed for a good night's sleep and a dining table for 2 and a wardrobe for storing your clothes. A TV with smart TV functions incl. streaming services like Netflix is available so you can enjoy some downtime and watch your favorite shows.



Shared spaces in the apartment include a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, so you can start your day with a delicious cup of coffee. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking up a meal, whether you're in the mood for a quick snack or a full dinner. There's even a desk with three chairs, perfect for getting some work done or enjoying a meal together.



There are 2 separate toilets and 2 separate showers equipped with quality toiletries for your convenience



A garden which is shared between guests of the building is just in front of the apartment.

We are pleased to offer a serene shared garden for all our guests. Relax amidst lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and peaceful seating areas. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, reading, or a leisurely stroll.

Room is private and can be locked. Bathrooms, toilets, kitchen and garden are shared!

During your stay

We are available from 9 am to 12 am daily on chat in case anything is needed.

Other things to note

- No cable TV channels, only channels and apps available on Amazon Fire Stick.



- No dedicated living room. Kitchen, bathrooms and gardens are shared.



- All common areas are cleaned at every checkout. If there is no checkout on that day, the guests are responsible for the cleanliness of common spaces. We can organize a cleaning if necessary upon request.



- As typical in a shared apartment, we have no control over noise or behaviour of guests staying at neighboring rooms. We can however do whatever possible to ensure all issues are solved once reported.
