The location is marvelous and there is an underground station a block away so it is easy to navigate the city. It is very close to museum quarters , walking distance. There is a marvelous cake place right down stairs AIDA . Staff is very prompt to respond and they solve the issues fairly quickly. Place is good for the price value, it is not luxurious but it is warm, safe and has noise isolation. I would just ask the staff to upgrade the bedding, besides that it is a very comfortable place to stay and I would go back.

The location is really good. Near the subway and a lot of different cafes around for a coffee and smth sweet. But no restaurants with the national food o smth, you need to go to the Habsburg castle area. The room is a bit small, but clean. The shower has hot water, soaps and stuffs for bathing. Only 1 towel per person and no feet towel, no sleepers so it was a bit uncomfortable especially when you are in the bathroom. But the room was easy to find and check in, warm and clean.

It was a fine stay considering the price

Based on the previous reviews, I was expecting the worst. But honestly, the room was clean, the hotel was responded and it was easy to find the place with a good location. Also check in was very easy. Considering the location and the price, it was a good match. My only minus is rooms were a bit small but thats fine

I like that it is near the metro station and near restaurants and convenience stores. However the address is wrong and it is really difficult to find the place since there is no sign or any distinctive to tell you about the place. It take us like 30 minutes to find it. When you finally find it, there is no body to help you with the check in. You will need internet connection to contact the administrator via Whatsapp and he will give you the codes to open the doors and get in your room. The place is fine, however the difficulty at the beginning, ruin the whole experience. Not a place I would recommend.

The room itself was fine for only 2 nights but the location was not so convenient. Public transportation was easy for this location though. We had a situation the second night of our stay at 1:00AM the day of our extremely early flight. The lock was broken and the codes on the door wouldn’t work. We waited over an hour and there were 2 people that had waited over 2 hours for someone to come fix the entrance door. I wasn’t sure why they didn’t come earlier for the couple. Although this wasn’t their fault that the lock broke the way they handled it after was not accommodative for the inconvenience. I would not stay here again. They also refused to give us a discount for that night after we helped open the door.

I picked this property based on location. When you get the actual property address after booking, it’s actually over a mile away from where the pin shows on the map prior to booking. The apartment we were given felt more like a prison cell, it was absolutely nothing like the apartment in the photos. There was no pictures on the wall, the walls were covered in dirty brown marks and was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. Even after having a shower in here I still felt dirty. Best thing about this apartment was when I was leaving.

Really difficult to find. The address advertised is incomplete. We messaged and called but no answer. We walked for ages and got lucky when we found a place with a similar name who's owner had redirected many other guests looking for the same place. Once we'd found the place, the self check in was simple. In future, we'll pay a little more and not suffer. Google maps doesnt list the place and there's no signs above the door, so even when you have found it, you still can't be certain.

The property was okay for the price. The main issue was no one from management would accept our calls or messages for the entire stay. No wifi, issues with water in the restroom, no hot water, and tried calling management over 15 times with no response, and sent 10 emails without a response. I would not recommend staying at this property for longer than one night.

Wrong address in hotels.com

Location is excellent can easily walk into town past all the shops and cafe. But note the address inside hotels.com is W R O N G !!! If you follow that you will be 10 mins walk from the actual address which is 101 Mariahilfer strasse … this was very frustrating given we had family and 4 suitcases !! Ensure to download the UBER app for taxi etc Note wifi in room is ok but impossible to connect the TV to wifi

Lots of potential but needs lots of improvement.

Location was great amd although not personal, they have great response via whatsapp. However, pillows are horrible -- feel like cotton balls spread out in the pullowcase, no hand towels in the bathroom, barhroom floods with water after every shower due to open shower and they don't place a bath matt or towel of any kind. The TV did not work the entire stay due to no wifi reception.

A not-so-cheap (in cost) cheap (in quality) hotel in the center of Vienna. A large appartment sectionned in rooms, some of them very small and inconvenient. No human being except the cleaning person... who only clean your room after you leave: during my whole week there the room wasn't cleaned! A poor last minute choice for a week with a large convention in the city. Bad experience, I would not recommend.
