Spacious flat, mixed experience

This spacious flat had pluses and minuses for our family of 5 adults. We arrived in a heat wave and while the 2 mini splits (1 in the main living room, 1 in a bedroom) worked well to cool those spaces, airflow to the other bedrooms was minimal. Inability to store bags in the AM was an inconvenience. Received incorrect check-in info as well, so our first day after 12 hr overnight flights made for a very rough start. Linens were sparse (or missing entirely) but the property manager brought what we needed within a day. Dryer didn’t function properly; that was a must-have for our trip, so an inconvenience. Plenty of small appliances so cooking in was easy. I’ve rented dozens of apartments and houses around the globe and considering my most critical items for a great stay, this one won’t make my Top 50.
