Quiet city apartment with balcony

Very nice and quiet city apartment with a large balcony - it can accommodate 4 people. There is a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The property is well suited for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business travelers and families (with children).

The living room

You live in a central location in a typical Viennese Wilhelminian style house. The house is on the 20th District (Brigittenau) in a quiet alley near the Augarten - the oldest and possibly most beautiful baroque park in Vienna.

I had a great experience

I stayed the entire month of July, and some days the temperature was in the upper 90s. The apartment is on the Mezzanine level of an old building, and all of the windows face a courtyard. It stayed cool the entire time, even without air conditioning. This was the most important thing for me, because I was working during the day. Otherwise, it is conveniently located, clean, and Giselle is warm and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

Ruhige Wohnung in toller Lage - perfekt !

Eine ruhige Wohnung, vollständig und modern eingerichtet (gute Küchenausstattung), großes Wohnzimmer, großes Badezimmer. Die Lage ist zentral, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel , viele Geschäfte und nette Restaurants "um die Ecke". Die Gastgeberin ist sehr flexibel und obendrein gibt es auch noch einen Garagenstellplatz (für Autoreisende nach Wien "Gold wert").
