這房間鬧鬼 This hotel is haunted

一開始聯絡不到房東等了2個小時，還遇到了一個送包裹的人，他也嘗試幫我們尋找房東，但沒有消息，電話不通，問了這裡居民告訴我們很多亞洲人遇到同樣問題，在這過程中我們都沒有收到chack in資訊，完全沒有收到！最後居民幫我們報警，警察來訊息就馬上收到chack in的資訊，我們也進入房間，我們注意到廁所門把壞了，床沾有血跡，但我們沒有想這麼多，因為或許是他們清潔不完善，最後晚上要睡覺時，我們一直聽到有人在我們的飯店廚房裡走來走去，我還看見有人影站在我們房門口看著我們睡覺，還有人敲窗戶，還有小孩一直在哭的聲音，哭了很久，我們當中有位朋友的充電器充電時一直閃，換條線，一樣一直閃來閃去，我們保證充電器沒任何損壞，最後我們一直認為有小偷，所以我們再次確認窗戶有沒有關緊，三位朋友把窗戶打開，看見白影飄過去，太多事情是變成不科學了，我們很害怕，整晚沒睡好，這間公寓的一切真的不是那麼好，希望大家可以再三考慮這家飯店。真的很恐怖

入住前完全沒通知用密碼開門， 我們6人，拖沈重行李在攝氏30度高溫的中午到處問人，花了一個多小時才進房，後來才知入住客人常有相同問題，房間廁所鎖壞了沒修，房間沒整理，還收€30清潔費，這家超爛！！

Building should NOT be advertised on expedia.

No manager or office. Luckily, I found a recent email from manager telling me how to open outside box and get key. The apartment was several flights up, and we dragged suitcases over sinking, dirty floors to the elevator, got off, then had two more flights to drag suitcases. Place had roaches, floors were dirty, bed springs hurt, no bedding other than a sheet and light blanket and pillowcase, no soap and no toilet paper or towels. I emailed manager and we got toilet paper and towels. Plug and wiring was faulty and outside wall, coffee pot broken. I tried several times to get the manager's help again, but no luck. Towels and linens were changed once. The place was old, dirty, and no manager and no office. The apartment residents would not talk to us or help. This building had no sign indicating it was the Hotel Belvedere so it was hard to find and impossible to enter without the email from the manager telling the combination for the key lockbox. We had to take the garbage to the basement which was dark and scary. This was a horrible apartment and did not have the amenities advertised. I insist that Expedia refund my money!! On September 9, I contacted you because all flights to the US were greatly delayed due to the hurricane. You did not reply. Fortunately, Booking.com called me and placed us in a wonderful hotel, Hotel Palais Strudlhof, with breakfast, near the innerstradt, and terrific service.

Fake Hotel, do NOT book, I lose my money.

I booked 2 nights on this "hotel" and when I arrived there wasn't signs, lobby or any person to do the check in. I waited 30 minutes outside the building and I tried to call the "hotel manager", unfortunately I didn't get any response. At the end I had to look and reserve another hotel and I never received any refund. I suggest you to do NOT book this hotel or you will lose your money as I did.

チェックインについてのメールが届かず、現地に着いてからオーナーに四苦八苦の電話をかけて鍵を持ってきてもらったが、掃除代金を請求され予定外の30ユーロを支払った。寒い日が続いていたが暖房も入らず、シャンプー類はなく、トイレットペーパーを買いに走った。チェックアウトの際には9時30分からドアを叩かれ、掃除婦に追い出されるが如く退出した。値段の割にサービスが行き届いていないと思う。テレビが新しかったのと調味料(塩)があったのは良かった。

普通のアパートの中にあるアパートメントタイプホテル

ここは、ホテルというより完全に普通アパートの中にありました。しかも、アパートの中なので、最初ついた時にはどこにホテルがあるのかさっぱりわかりませんでした。タクシーの運転手にはそのアパートがこの住所と言われ、その後アパート付近にいる数名の通行人に聞いても、そのアパートの場所が住所と言われました。 アパートなので、おおもとの玄関にすら入ることも出来ず、お正月の寒い夜に、ウロウロしました。小さい子どももいたので、本当にホテルがあるのか、とても心配になっていました。 しかも、携帯が使えず、ホテルに連絡もできませんでした。 そこで、そのアパートの一階に住んでいる人に聞いてみましたが、やはりホテルは知らないと言われました。しかし、その方が電話をかけてくれて、ホテル経営者に繋がりました。 それによると、その普通のアパートの一室をアパートメントタイプホテルになっていることがわかりました。電話で言われるがまま部屋に行くと、シークレットキーの中に部屋の鍵が隠されていて、それを使って中に入りました。3日滞在しましたが、結局1度も経営者とは会っていません。 今回はたまたまそのアパートの住人の方が親切に電話してくださったりしたお陰でアパートメントタイプホテルに入れましたが、それがなければ、真冬の夜に宿がわからずにさまよう事になるところでした。 初めから、そのような情報を伝えてもらわないと、まずアパートの玄関の中にも入れないし、部屋番号もわかりません。 その点では、本当に困りましたし、小さな子供がいたので大変でした。正直腹立たしく思います。 アパートの部屋自体は古いですが、きれいにしてあるようでした。ただ、一日目に滞在したときは、寝室の掛け布団カバーがとても汚れているのが気になりました。洗ってはあったのだと思いますが、かなり黒いシミのあるカバーだったので、ショックでした。他の都市へ移動し間をあけて再びそのホテルに戻った時は、とてもきれいなカバーになっていたので、なぜ一日目は汚かったのか、不思議です。 その他、タオルなどはきちんと新しくなっていました。 もう一つ残念だったのは、再び滞在した日は、トイレットペーパーが完全に切れていて、予備もなかったことです。経営者がそのアパートにはいないし、そもそも携帯が通じない状況でしたので、困りました。一日目にはあったのに、その日にはなかったのが、残念です。 もう、このホテルは絶対に利用しません。 さらにいうと、アパートメントタイプホテルを使う時にはかなり用心しなければならないとわかりました。

Das Apartment befand sich im einem Wohnhaus

Das Apartment war nicht an eine Lobby oder ähnliches angeschlossen. Der Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern war ausschließlich telefonisch möglich. Menschen ohne Handy hätten nicht einchecken können. Die Lobby oder das Hotel war nich in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass die im Internet angebotenen Servisleistungen, wie z.B Pool nicht in Anspruch genommen werden konnten. Das Zimmer selbst verfügte nicht über einen Kleiderschrank, im Badezimmer gab es keine Ablagefläche, keine Handtuchhalter, keine Steckdose. Insgesammt, war das Badezimmer stark verschmutzt, an den Silikonfugen entwickelte sich Schimmel, der Duschvorhang war dringend austauschbedürftigt. Das Badezimmer grenzte unmittelbar an der Küche, das nur durch eine Glasschiebetür getrennt war. Somit war eine Intimsphäre nicht gegeben. Die Küche ebenfalls stark verschmutzt. Verfügte nicht über ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, für maximal 4 Personen. Der Wohn/Schlafbereich auch stark verschmutzt. Schlafmöglichkeiten waren für 2 Personen vorbereitet, obwohl für 3 gebucht. Im Bettkasten befand sich gebrauchte Wäsche von den Vorgängern, dies verbreitete einen unangenehmen Geruch. Die Matrazen der Schlafmöglichkeiten waren komplett unbrauchbar, dreckig (eklig) und verursachten Rückenbeschwerden( durchgelegen). Es gab außer der Deckenbeleuchtung keine weiteren Lampen. Einer der sogenannten Beistelltische brach zusammen, als ein Brillenetui darauf abgelegt wurde. Die Schubladen des Sidebordes waren komplett verschmutzt und unbrauchbar.

I was double-booked.

They had double-booked me. When I showed up, there was some one else at the place they had booked us into. The only person to contact at the time I showed up, which was around 11AM, only spoke German. Luckily, the woman in the unit that they had double-booked was able to get it sorted out. In the end I was able to get another place, but this was a very poor experience and I would not recommend this to anyone.

Room manager was unable to provide soap and shampoo during the whole my stay. Room walls are dirty. Main room stinks of cigarettes.

Nice stay in Vienna

Nice small apartment not far from the Main Railway station with satisfactory traffic availability. Free wifi with a descent speed, no need to wait for keys to be brought to you, 1 double bed and a sofa. Must know: - very tiny bathroom and toilet room with a glass door. If you are travelling with friends it can cause some problems - there was no toilet paper which was a surprise for us - only 3 pillows while we booked a 4 people stay. Yet we liked our time spent in the apartment.

Closed dark and no one to talk to when we arrived.

Arrived around 9PM, with 2 tired kids, discovered the area was in an unsafe and dark appearing area , but decided to overlook as it was late and we were tired. Found the building, a dark unlit grim apartment building, there was no sign or anything except on the building intercom one of the apartments had a broken and barely readable tiny name plate with the hotel name. There was no answer from the intercom, and there was no answer from repeated phone calls to the phone number for the hotel and the expedia listing, and we were forced to find other accomodations late at night with 2 children. Great fun. My wife wasn"t disappointed at having to leave, as she felt the area was not safe anyway.

Be careful: This is not a hotel

This place is an apartment in an old building in Vienna. There is not single sign that tells you that this place exists except the address they give you in Expedia. After more than 1 hour trying to find the place, I found a small intercom button saying "Royal Resort" and no one answered me for more than half an hour. I walked with my bag to a near hotel (Danial Hotel) and I requested the reception to call the owner's phone number. He responded and he gave me a code for a push in key to get the apartment keys. It was very strange. The apartment was nice but no paper towels :(. I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Vienna. I also don't think that Expeida should list anyone who claims that they rent a place.

Appartamento carino e confortevole, unica pecca il bagno, minuscolo, maleodorante e poco funzionale.Nel letto con contenitore c'erano ancora le lenzuola e gli asciugamani degli ospiti precedenti !! Cosa gradita sarebbe stato un cambio degli asciugamani a metà settimana, il r referente che gestisce gli appartamenti è molto gentile e disponibile.

I recommend that when you book this apartment they tell you exactly the procedure of how to collect the key... Not one day before, because you may be traveling and have not time to check emails. that is something i didn't like about this. I find a bit rude the treatment...

Zeer slechte bedden, keuken, gevaarlijke badkamer

Zeer slecht 2-persoonsbed, bedbank niet op te slapen, onvoldoende voorzieningen keuken, 2 handdoeken pp voor 4 nachten (ondanks verzoek 1x extra verschoning aan te leveren), vieze harige bedbank, zeer kleine douche met bediening waar je bij omdraaien tegen de kraan aan drukt en daardoor de stand op heet kwam: licht verbrande rug aan over gehouden. De WC had meerdere lekkende onderdelen. Twee appartementen in 1 flat: andere flat niet geïnformeerd dat wij ook van dezelfde entree gebruik moesten maken met gevolg dat wij 's avonds niet in appartement konden omdat medehuurders de sleutel in deur hadden laten zitten. Na lang aanhouden werd er toch open gedaan. Geen reclame voor de Oostenrijkse gastvrijheid en kwaliteit.
