"One of the best hotels I have been too. Great customer service."

"Excellent hotel. Good location, helpful staff and a nice pool. Recommend."

"I never wanted to leave. I’ve been a 62 countries and this resort made me want to stay and live permanently. The people were amazing, the view, the property, the restaurant and staff were all wonderful. I felt so calm and at ease I didn’t even wanna go to activities. I just wanted to stay and stare at that view all day long. I recommend 10 out of 10 if you get the opportunity to stay here too. If not, they have a restaurant that you can go and spend a little time at and enjoy that wonderful...

"Very good"

"An amazing stay - big call out to the staff who all went above and beyond, particularly the very smile shuttle bus driver. Love this hotel, and location. "

"A pleasant family environment. Nice and quite."

"Friendly staff and service"

"Great place to stay "

"Staff was friendly and helped with tours. Room was clean, bed was comfy and had a great view of the sunset over the mountains from my balcony. Also they shut down the street at night for a night market which is a plus. Also a short walk to the bars. Had a great stay."

The bathroom was functional but far from elegant. The bath towels were old and thin. The check-in process was awkward and slow, with the staff member repeatedly asking questions while checking his phone and computer at least ten times. The elevator is the smallest I’ve ever been in. They do offer free...

"La propreté et la courtoisie du personnel!"

"Cute and clean bungalows. We really liked the cafe restaurant next door. The only thing that would have made the homestay experience perfect was to include breakfast and a better sink faucet."

"Modern hotel, great swimming pool, clean rooms and confortable beds."

"Had a great stay at this hotel, the room was clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. The value for money here is insane. The staff were also super friendly. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel was very nice and we found the location quiet and convenient to getting around town. The rooftop provided gorgeous views of the mountains. And the folks running the place were pleasant for sure. Breakfast was adequate and the pool really refreshing."
