No good food and not fun for kids

Bad: - charge +100 euro at checkout for four people for the use of pool and golf car. They did not inform us about this at check in. The pool should be included in the price for the hotel. - no jumping or having fun for kids at the pool. - no good restaurants within 30 minute drive , only below average buffet at the hotel, go to Delfini if you can but nothing special - staff barely speaks English Good: - decent breakfast - rooms are clean - staff are friendly

El hotel pertenece a un resort que me imagino que hace años fue muy bueno. Nuestra habitacion para 4 personas era muy vieja, el aire no enfriaba bien, nos dimos cuenta que por haber reservado por expedia nos dieron esa habitacion. El personal del Frontdesk fueron atentos pero no efectivos. Para ir a las 2 playas deben esperar un carrito de golf que los trasladan a esas playas, el inconveniente es que se tardan mucho en recojernos. Pedir las toallas en la recepcion ya que en la playa no tienen. La playa cobran las sillas y umbrella toldo. El desayuno muy normal. El hotel se encuentra a unos 25 min de Vieste en auto, muy recomendable, la proxima vez pensamos ospedarnos en Vieste.

Un soggiorno da ricordare

L’albergo è in una posizione bellissima, la nostra stanza superior era molto confortevole, praticamente nuova. Il personale molto cortese, sempre disponibile e professionale. I due ristoranti a buffet ed alla carta offrono una buona scelta con una attenzione particolare al territorio. Apprezzato il piano bar serale, luogo ideale per ascoltare buona musica godendo la vista della baia. Si possono raggiungere a nuoto, in canoa o in pattino bellissime insenature.

Did not realise that the hotel was part of a resort. There were many facilities and one could easily stay for a week. Evening buffet in restaurant gave plenty of choice. Enjoyed our stay lovely setting.

Camp de vacances

Le cadre est magnifique mais on est plus dans un village de vacances que dans un hotel L hôtel est intégré à un camp de vacances, on laisse la voiture a l entrée du camp avec système de navettes. Pour dîner un self a 30€ par personne quasi incontournable (on est à 12 km de Vieste sur des routes de montagne). On est dans le bruit et franchement de la nourriture assez basique. Enfin au Check out on vous prends 12€ par personne pour le petit bracelet de couleur qui vous autorise à accéder à la piscine ou autres activités payantes ... A deux cela nous a coûté 24 euros mauvaise surprises
