Practical!

Practical apartments especially for two people. Was a few blocks from old town. Off street parking in the grounds was EUR$10 per day. Use of Washing Machine EUR$5 per load. Friendly staff, clean.

Great value studio in central Vieste

Very clean and comfortable studio in Residence only 6-7 minutes walk from Vieste beaches, centre and old town. Good self-catering facilities and good food shopping within 3 mins walk. Very helpful staff on reception. Secure parking was fully booked, but no issue as able to park on street immediately outside Residence for €7 per day (ticket from machine) and no security issues as Residence is right opposite police station! Great value and would definitely stay again.

Basic but spacious apartment. Ten minutes walk to the centre of Vieste, and less than five mins walk to a beautiful beach! However the apartment is noisy, you can hear noise from other apartments and from vehicles on the street at night.

Conveniently located appartment

The residence was conveniently located a 10’ walk from the center, in a rather quiet neighborhood. The appartement itself was a bit small but very clean when we arrived but no room cleaning was offered or done. In fact the only weak point was that the air conditioner was located in the living room, NOT the bedroom, so the temperature was a bit warm for sleeping.

Consiglio vivamente.

Il Residence è davvero molto bello ed accogliente. siamo stati accolti molto gentilmente dalla receptionist al nostro arrivo, la quale ci ha fornito tutte le info della camera e dato anche qualche altra informazione sui collegamenti con le isole e altri servizi. La camera è davvero carina e molto confortevole, si tratta di un monolocale con angolo cottura che si è rivelato molto utile. Il letto è molto comodo (abbiamo avuto esperienze non proprio positive in altre strutture) e l'aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo. L'alloggio era sul retro ed era molto silenzioso. Ottima la pulizia e gradita la presenza di un armadio. La posizione del Residence è un valore aggiunto. Si raggiunge molto facilmente il centro e si trova praticamente di fronte al porto (per il traghetto per le Tremiti). Siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta.

Un très bon logement

Un très bon logement fidèle à la description. Bien placé au calme, à l’écart du cœur de ville mais à 5’ de l’effervescence. Personnel sympathique. Manque juste une petite table sur le balcon et selon les voisins, c’est plus ou moins bruyant. Mais globalement ça reste très calme. Très bon endroit

Bellissimo residence vicinissimo à tutto: al mare, al centro, al mercato, ai negozi. Si può fare tutto senza bisogno di prendere la macchina Accoglienza e pulizia al top. Lo studio che abbiamo occupato era dotato di tutto ciò che serve e sopratutto tutto funzionante Consiglio di prenotare il parcheggio all’interno della struttura (in tutta Vieste è molto difficile trovare posto, se non a pagamento). Consiglio questo residence vivamente. Lo staff sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Tornerò di sicuro.

Ottima posizione, vicino ai lidi e al centro ma comunque in una via abbastanza tranquilla. L'appartamento è molto pulito e confortevole, fornito di tutto: forse avrei aggiunto qualche padella in piu in cucina. Staff disponibile e cordiale. Consigliatissimo
