「My stay in Ravello is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The hotel and service are out of my expectations. All the staffs are very welcoming. We were upgraded to sea view room, which is amazing. The view from Ravello is very different from Amalfi/Positano. It is very peaceful and relaxing. 「The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. This was our first time in the area so we didn’t realize the distance. It’s not walking distance to anything. You would need to get a driver. Luckily, it was raining so we couldn’t do anything anyway. I would recommend if you want a relaxing chill vacation. The rooms are super clean too 」

Bed cover is not clean and has dusty and there were traces os insets bites on my face. I went to my place to see doctor and pointed out that my face was bitten by insects. Poor WiFi facilities in hotel. Why say free WiFi in hotel . Suggest change better routers to improve WiFi as 4- stars hotel — this is not met the level」

The breakfast was excellent, much better than expected. There is no Coffee or Tea facilities in the room, and the swimming pool was out-of-order, which was a shame.」
