We loved our stay at coconut bay! The ride to the airport was less than 5 minutes.. such a perk! The pools were very nice, the food was great! We had one of the newly remodeled concierge rooms and it was perfect. My son loved playing pickleball after the sun went down. We heard the beach wasn't very nice so we didn't have high expectations, but we took the short walk down to the resorts paradise beach and it was honestly gorgeous! They had free boogie boards, snorkels, paddle boards and kayaks! There were tons of beach chairs and a few hammocks in the shade. There was also a bar down at the beach but the "burger shack" was very lackluster. It would've been easier just to walk back to the resort for food... minimal menu and took like 45 mins waiting in the scorching sun! We loved visiting the pet sanctuary, my son also loved some of the activities they had going on. The waterslides and lazy river were a bit hit also. The common areas were overall really clean. I wasn't aware most common areas and the main dining was all open air, but it was nice and not freezing due to air conditioning. We loved this resort and would definitely consider coming back if we ever come back to St Lucia!

Schöne saubere Unterkunft, wird stetig renoviert, weshalb wir nicht wissen wie die neueren Zimmer sind. Auf jedenfall war alles tipptopp. Personal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, Pools sauber, für Kinderunterhaltung (klein und gross) wird gesorgt, Adult only Pools, feine Drinks und Essen im Überfluss. Halt so richtig All inkl. Verstehe die zum Teil extremen schlechten Rezensionen nicht (Google). Wer hier was zum motzen findet, hat eh immer was zu meckern. Jedenfalls hats uns gefallen, Preis-Leistung ist ok, für uns eher an der oberen Grenze. Aber je nach Portemonnaie spielt das keine Rolle. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. 💪

Fantastic resort with plenty to do. The beach did have some seaweed but didn’t stop us from enjoying the ocean. Miss Mary made the best omelets at breakfast every morning with a warm greeting and a smile.

It is no wonder this is such a popular resort. The staff were outstanding…too many to mention, but here are a few: Lovina buffet restaurant), Rose (housekeeping), Kershana (activities) and yoga master Vernon! Food was great, esp on the Verandah and Trattoria. Only negative was Hermina at the reservations desk…her blunt negative attitude stood out amongst everyone else’s easy, friendly demeanour. The resort did a commendable job clearing out the sargassum each morning. And it was a pleasant surprise to play on four dedicated pickleball courts. Overall, while our Adults Only section gave us the quiet relaxing vibe we wanted, it was fun to see all the kids and parents enjoying themselves in the waterpark, at the pool and around the Cove. Overall I'd give Coconut a solid 4-4.5 out of 5 stars. The people / staff are awesome, the place is kept very clean & the food is good! We stayed on the harmony / adults only side & liked the fact that there were never any children on that side. Two pools, a fun bar & always adequate chaise lounges, Palapas & their unique & very comfortable rotating padded recliners. We've travelled extensively & never saw these type of chairs before! Considering the week we were there was allegedly sold out, we never had a problem finding a seat (none of that having to get up at 6am to put your towels & a book down to stake out a chair before they were gone!) Numerous restraunts to choose from & different theme nites at the buffet each evening. The Italian & Calabash / Veranda were our favorites. The lobby bar carries all top shelf liquor & had very talented musicians playing almost every nite! We also loved the Jerk Shack & their delicious chicken, pork, sausage, rice & beans, plantains, etc every day if you wanted to grab a quick bite in your barhing suit. Place also had several convenient coffe stations throughout. The only cons I could give this place is that the water pressure is poor in the rooms (we were on 3rd floor, Oceanfront junior suite Harmony side). Also, a couples massage at one of the beach cabanas was like $550 which I thought was a lil' pricey given the fact that overall, the place wasn't that fancy (marble & granite everywhere, etc). Beautiful resort. I love how they have the resort divided. An adult side (Harmony, no kids allowed) and a family side. When we had too much noise and action, we headed back over to Harmony and relaxed by the pools there. Rooms were nice. Great accomodations and services. The spa was fantastic. The drinks were strong, the food was decent and the vibes were flowing. We will definately be back.

Wonderful family gem. We were there as a multigenerational family on spring break. We stayed in newly updated rooms on the Splash side. Very nice!!! A/C worked great. Nice pool, lots of family/kids activities during the day. They do make every effort for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Food is very good for all inclusive. Lots of variety and a new theme menu every night in Coconut Walk buffet. Several restaurants are also available for dining. The staff is the heart of this resort. Very professional and friendly. Housekeeping staff was excellent. They now offer beach cabana rentals and offer golf cart rides to them or maybe a 10 minute walk. Truly a great place for your family.

Loved our experience here! We traveled with two other families. Our kids ranged from 11-15 and they enjoyed the activities everyday. We took a tour with Captain Jack and our tour guide Jimmy was amazing! The entertainment was wonderful, food was good, and the staff is amazing! Will definitely be back!

We just got back from a wonderful week at Coconut Bay! Food was excellent, staff was great, so many activities. They also have a petting zoo with rescue puppies, goats, and horses which we visited daily. Can’t wait to go back!
