They messaged us when room was ready (before check in time) Location was close to restaurants and many popular places. “The hotel is next to the Crystal Palace, with nice views on the river. It is very near to the city centre with bus, or even walking. The lady in the reception is exretemly helpful. The only downside is that the toilet is not obsecure, curtains need to be considered. ”
