“I had a bad experience with the key handover, as the safe is a bit broken and it’s a bit tricky to open.
I tried to call the number but it didn’t work – you could only contact them via text message!
The shower heads in the bathrooms need servicing, the TV in the bedroom doesn’t work and there was no light in the smaller bedroom!
It’s the second time I’ve stayed there and this time I noticed everything was a bit run down!”
