「Liked the staff they were very nice. I think there needs to be information put on the wall in the laundry room on how to use the washer and dryer not just a sticker on the machines. I think most people are used to using quarters to do laundry not a QR code. Also the carpeting in the hallways going to the rooms always smelled musty and looked dirty. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable pillows aren’t. But the hotel was close to shopping and the lake I loved that.」

「The hotel is a little older - but extremely well maintained. Very clean. It is in a fantastic location. Our room had a view of the lake - and everything in the town was in walking distance. 「The night manager was such a sweetheart! We didn't arrive until after midnight and he was still so welcoming, check in was quick and easy. We had our dog with us and paid the pet fee, which was way more affordable than most others in the area, and he gave me no issues or complaints there either. There was a strange clattering noise in our room (not the AC, we heard it turning on and off separately) but we were able to sleep through it because we were so exhausted. 「Didn’t realize I was staying in the basement of a home where the Host family was so inconsiderate to the amount of noise that they were creating by stomping around for 3 plus hour on my first. Asked that they be more considerate and they stopped stomping around for about 20 minutes and the it continue until 11:30pm. The smells of the basement area were a little over whelming when I checked in and I was able to open a window. Sorry I’d couldn’t take the lack of consideration from the host...
