「There was a very nice indoor pool area, a beautiful walking path, and a nice lake view from the patio. Breakfast was a little different, as you would bring a tray from your room to the breakfast area, choose your food and take it back to your room to eat it. The rooms were clean but could use a little updating. Our room keys did not work a few times and we were basically locked out of our room and had to walk down to the desk to get them reset.」

「I'm sorry but this place is totally misrepresented in your advertising, it hasn't seen any maintenance in years. It's nasty and not secure, the entry door locks don't function only the room lock does. There's no amenities whatsoever. The beds are terribly worn out and unusable for the most part. The carpet hasn't been replaced in decades. The screens are torn or not present in the windows. The back of the property is strewn with litter and empty liquor bottles. Apparently most of the owners...

「I thought that this would be a unique glamping experience. However, we were greeted by no one, found our camper amount a small group of other campers and tents. Very open area with little privacy. In the camper there few amenities with No coffee maker, fan, mini fridge or really any amenity to create a glamping experience. They should call it what it is… A clean camper in a very quiet campground near a beautiful lake. We did not see or meet any staff. I was impressed by the...

「House was beautiful and the upstairs room was very spacious and comfortable. Host was friendly and helpful. We were only there for an overnight get away. We loved our stay and had a quiet, relaxing time. Thanks for everything!」

「It was clean and neat. We had no problems.」

「I have breathing issues and it was not made clear to me there was not an elevator and we were put on the second floor and that was difficult to climb stairs.」

「The property appears to be an older property that has recently been completely renovated. Check in is contactless and we had a small hiccup there but we received a call from staff to clear it up and answer any questions. The property we rented ended up being the entire two bedroom cottage next to the motel which was likely the office or owners quarters once upon a time. The one issue that we had was that the bedrooms are very near the road in that particular unit and the existing windows did...

「Property was great, clean, good breakfast, and friendly staff!」

「Had an awesome time - beautiful setting in the River - hospitality was great -pool and hot tub clean as well. Food by Chef Rena’ was out of this world! Great pleasant time」

「A new young couple had just taken ownership 3 weeks prior. The motel needed lots of updates and was not well taken care of. I hate to say negative things because they were new owners and just trying to establish themselves. I wish them good luck! They were very nice. However, the only good thing in our room of this retro motel was clean bedding and comfortable bed.」

「Very well maintained, Staff was very helpful, Breakfast was usual contenental fair, Quite. very close to the town shopping and restaurants. Visit by multiple deer at night and morning. Excellent place, definitely would return. No microwave in room, no hair dryer which we didn't miss. vi」

「It was a wonderful place! Loved being so close to the water! It was so great to be able to let our dogs experience our vacation as well! No complaints!」

「Didn’t realize I was staying in the basement of a home where the Host family was so inconsiderate to the amount of noise that they were creating by stomping around for 3 plus hour on my first. Asked that they be more considerate and they stopped stomping around for about 20 minutes and the it continue until 11:30pm. The smells of the basement area were a little over whelming when I checked in and I was able to open a window. Sorry I’d couldn’t take the lack of consideration from the host...

「Got to meet the host Jason , very personable. Loved the cottage, won’t find any nicer, gorgeous view of lake. Enjoyed having a bonfire. Only suggestion is to clearly state bath towels are not provided. Posting said “linens” and we took that to mean bath towels.」
