I came across this place online, and seems to be nice. I booked it and like most of the hotels, it says that the service was 24 hours. But, by the time we arrive after 5 hours driving, we found the main entrance closed at midnight, and we tried to call and nobody answered and all the lights were off. we stayed there for more than 30 minutes and no response. With a tired little kid in the car we tried to contact Expedia and they didn't help at all and they didn't get responsible for the booking fee. So, really bad experience with the hotel and Expedia as well first and last time.

Fue una excelente estadía. MUCHA calma, mucha paz. es su gran fortaleza y espero la conserven. Muy familiar : a veces no había nadie en la recepción pero llamas al celular y te contestan a cualquier hora. Las duchas con muy buena presión de agua . No hay secador de pelo, ni cafetera en la habitación pero siempre hay termo de café y aromatica en la zona común. Amabilidad de todo el personal . El desayuno completo: tiene fruta, jugo de fruta, pan , cafe o chocolate y huevos al gusto....como sugerencia , deberían primero ofrecer lo que hay para no perder la servida. A veces hay quienes no comemos fruta o no comemos pan y se pierde esa comida , ya que llegan con ella a la mesa sin preguntar.

Buena opción
El hotel es bonito, está ubicado cerca al pueblo de Villa de Leyva. Las habitaciones son amplias y se mantienen en buen estado. La única recomendación que haría es que sería muy conveniente que tuviesen algún mueble dentro de la habitación para acomodar la ropa de los huespedes ya que el espacio asignado en el baño es muy pequeño.

Nice property but was charged an extra 20%
Nice property, pool water is a little cold for my taste. The price on hotel.com showed thatvit included all taxes. When we got there they changed and extra 20%. We are not happy

Cómodo y agradable
Lugar cómodo y agradable a las afueras del pueblo. Nos encantaron los jacuzzis junto a la piscina. Por mejorar la variedad del desayuno pues no hay muchas opciones para elegir más allá de la preparacion de los huevos.
