It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. 「Wir hatten eine gute Woche bei Ruth im 6 Stanco. Die Wohnung in einem ungebauten Heuboden hatte Charme und einen Blick ins Grüne und die Landschaft. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen schön gestalteten Garten mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Für uns war die ruhige Lage in der Natur genau richtig zur Erholung nach den Besichtigungen der umliegenden Städte. 「The location is so central and so fun; you can walk everywhere you might want to go, including right across the street for wonderful food, coffee, people-watching and atmosphere. The huge, antique-filled apartment is fit for for a movie setting. EVERYTHING you could possibly need is there. It truly couldn't be more perfect.」

「Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. 」

「The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna.」

「Path to property has nice plantings that were blooming. We were greeted by hosts as soon as taxi arrived, showed where things were, and given lots of tourist information. They could not have been any more friendly and helpful. They live across the hall on the same floor and were always available for our questions. Kitchen is fully equipped.
