"I would give this place 6 stars if I could. It was extremely clean, in walking distance from lots of waterfront restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you want to flyvout of rome and spend a day or 2 in a quite, safe, and well-maintained place near the water. Staying at this guest house was one of the highlights of our trip.

The staff is wonderful: every person I met was friendly, professional, competent, efficient, etc.
The rooms are newly renovated, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The shower in my room was luxurious.
Breakfast was wonderful – much better than I expected. Lots of great choices: eggs, bacon, charcuterie, fresh baked pastries, cereals, fresh squeezed juices and a coffee bar with barista.
The neighborhood is great, almost suburban: within 2 blocks of the hotel there are dining options, a Conad supermarket, and other shops.
I had a little difficulty catching the shuttle from FCO to the hotel, but that's probably on me. The staff at the hotel was very helpful getting me there.

"We had a night to stay before catching a flight home, but Paola was so welcoming and flexible. It was a great location to walk to the beach and enjoy the Med for one last time before flying. The location made it easy to get to the airport the next morning. Overall, a great location and everything we needed to end our time in Italy. "
"This isn’t a bad place but not really worth the money. Host can be pushy to want to up charge for silly stuff and property needs updates and love. Parking isn’t easy at all. I’d say your better at hotel cause here they don’t offer any room service and again property management sucks. "
