“Stayed in early November 2025. Everyone at property was professional and friendly. The stand out staff member was Greta at front desk. She took the time to answer all of our questions, recommended restaurants, booked our visit to the Colosseum and went over a city map with us to make sure we didn’t miss anything. Greta was truly amazing. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Would stay again with no hesitation. Short walk to Metro (to Vatican), Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo (tour bus……

“A small boutique art hotel with only 6 rooms. Super friendly staff in perfect location! You can see Spanish steps and branded shops from the window. The hotel itself if not easy to find as it’s on the 3rd floor of a seemingly residential building. No receptionist after 9pm so be sure you call the hotel if you need to arrange late check in.”

“The room was spotless and a lovely size, the bed very comfortable, the shower amazing!!! I did not want these things to be overshadowed by the absolutely incredible location of this little Gem. Literally 8-10 walking steps from Piazza di Spagna. Alert is on the fourth floor, the elevator takes you there. The staff were outstanding and super friendly. We will definitely come back again.”
