Paradise found!

I am writing this with a heavy heart on the veranda having just had our last supper here whilst waiting for our airport transport to arrive.. We have been here for 2 weeks over Christmas and new year and i fear that I don’t have the vocabulary to do this place justice. After 2 weeks usually we all look forward to a bit of normality but this could not be further from the feeling of my family and friends who rented this villa entirely. It really is like a 5 star hotel with butler service, concierge, chef and housekeeping where we are the only guests, the seemingly effortless care we have enjoyed with attention to detail second to none that I have experienced before is just astonishing. Gihan and his team are incredibly unobtrusive whilst making sure that we always have everything we could want. You nip into town and back and your rooms have been made up like brand new... We had all of our trips organised and saw everything from whale watching to elephants, moonstone mines to mask shops, he told us the best restaurants to book in at and every word of advice was the best.. Because of the villas relationships with the various places we got great deals and best seats everywhere which really was astounding. So much better than taking a chance on the high street operators. In conclusion this is the very best Sri Lanka has to offer, the food is great and you really are made to feel like a superstar. Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience and see you soon
