Located 13 km from Le Lardin (shops) and 12 km from Terrasson, this detached, isolated house offers 117 m² of living space. It is situated on a raised ground floor and features a living room with a kitchenette and a fireplace. A hallway leads to the bedrooms: five single beds (90 cm) and two double beds (140 cm). There are two shower rooms and two separate toilets. Electric heating is provided. A cellar with a washing machine has external access. A shed is available for firewood. The 800 m² garden is unfenced and includes a 20 m² terrace, a swing, a barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, and parasols. Mobile phone reception is good. Firewood and linens are included. Towels are available for €5 per person per change, and bed linen for €10 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €100. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day is charged at €0.10 per additional kWh. A cot is available for baby equipment. On the border of the Dordogne and Corrèze departments, perched atop a ridge, the Murat gîte overlooks the valley. The view is breathtaking, and there are no neighbors within 100 meters. Marked hiking trails wind through the village. From there, you can travel to Montignac (25 km) to visit the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art, then descend along the Vézère Valley to Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, the capital of Prehistory. You will also enjoy visiting Hautefort Castle (10 km), the Tourtoirac cave (20 km), and the charming villages of Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, and Pompadour.
