「We had a good time here but the extra parking charge was ridiculous. It was unfortunate that the putt putt wasn’t open. That was one of the things that my special needs child was able to do and it wasn’t even available.」

「The suite was very clean, well stocked with towels. The staff was very helpful when we had an issue with our room key. The property over all is very well maintained inside and outside. We plan to return next year.」

「This was the cleanest, best hotel we have stayed in in quite awhile! We've stayed at higher end hotels and haven't had near the positive experience that we had here! Everything was so clean, breakfast was excellent, especially for a hotel breakfast!, pool was great, we had plenty of room in our king suite, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! We loved the later 12pm checkout so we didn't have to rush in the morning. We will absolutely stay here again if we need a hotel in the area again!」

「The hotel was under renovations when we went and for it being under Reno, they kept it organized and clean. Overall comfortable, the buffet was lacking (but we also got there rather late.) the food was good though! Only thing I didn’t agree with was housekeeping knocking at 9am to see if they could clean. 」

「Wonderful room with lots of space and a large bathroom. Only complaint was that the bed was overly firm and I wish they had a bin for recycling. 」

「Appreciated the option for multiple bedrooms, stayed for a basketball tournament in KC. HUsband and kids are 6'5" and up and is nice to have Queen size options for the whole family. Also two bathrooms made it nice. Washer/Dryer in the unit was absolutely fantastic to get uniforms washed up. Will stay again when game schedule requires overnights in KC area. Clean, comfortable, went to Italian restaurant for dinner and breakfast at Ihop. Husband did not like the mattress, but I did not mind...
