Family celebrations

We booked Villa Carlota for a family celebration. It was everything we dreamed of and more. Claude was most accommodating which we greatly appreciated. The property and grounds are beautiful. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Your life will brighten with a stay here..,

This home is off the charts!! The arch design, the interior decor/designer touches, the comfort of space, the outdoor rooftop and pool are a big abrazo of meditterrean love! The daily oversight was great and the location close to beaches and cute towns were added plus for our family vacation. Oh and can we applaud the view for your morning coffee! You will not be disappointed. We hope to return!

Amazing Villa within walking distance of a beach

The property was crazy cool. Good pool, nice rooms, great kitchen (maybe sharpen the knifes every view months ;)) and the cleaning lade came every day which was also reliable and nice to have. The only negative point is that you need to drive around 15 minutes to get into a town with a view restaurants

Amazing place to stay! Lovely view on the roof top! Not loads of restaurants within walking distance but there is no need as no need to leave the villa! Villa Carlotta has everything you need!

Wedding

The villa is stunning and even better in person than in the pictures, we had 10 of us staying there and it never felt crowded or on top of each other. The host and cleaner we had brilliant communication with throughout and even was ok with myself and my partner viewing the villa at the start of the year. We finished our stay off by having our wedding on the roof top with 30 of our close family and friends which everyone said was gorgeous and the views to die for. Would 100% be recommending the villa and villajoyosa to everyone.

This villa is amazing from booking to arrival everything went so smoothly . The villa has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the outdoor kitchen was amazing ! Elena was super helpful especially when my daughter was unwell . There is no negative points about this villa . We has2 families staying and we never felt on top of each other - would highly recommend Maria the cleaner was also fantastic

Exceptional

Villa Carlota is easily the nicest place we have ever stayed. The sunset views of the Mediterranean / Alicante are some of the finest in the world. It was just a short walk to the Bol Nou Cove which had gentle, clear water for the kids. Be sure to bring water shoes as the stones can be a bit hard on the feet. Claude and Elena were very helpful and responsive throughout. Highly recommend!

Lovely property

Clean, comfortable, spacious and fabulous views. Pool excellent, even though some of the outside furniture in need of repair. Lots of gadgets and high tech equipment in property, but instructions on how to use it were very poor.No information about the local area, e.g transport, shop etc.

Fantastic place!

We spent 10 days at this beautiful Villa. We have a 3 year old and 8 month old crawling baby. Good communication prior to going and we asked if they had a potty and one was bought. Whilst there Elena answers any questions via WhatsApp. If there was an issue it was immediately sorted out. The Villa is stunning. On the ground floor there is a 2 bedroom self contained flat. There is also a large open space which has a table tennis and football table. Between each floor is a lift with a code. Middle and main floor there are 4 bedrooms (one bedroom you walk through to reach the other). For us with little ones having everyone on one level was great - didn’t have to worry about stairs and meant we were all close by. There is a huge open plan kitchen, diner and two sofa areas. The sofas are really comfy and very big! We wanted to take them home. Bedrooms are lovely - two of them have beautiful views. Beds were comfy. Good sound proofing between the rooms. TV had Netflix and prime. Kitchen has everything you need - lovely big island, double sink, 2 fridges, freezer. There is also a filtered tap so you don’t need to buy bottled water and an ice machine. Outside there is a hot plate to cook on and outdoor eating area. On the other side is a covered wrap around balcony- we had our dinner here in the evening and watched and listened to the sea. The pool is amazing! It was heated which was great with young children. Safe steps into the pool.

Grandiose Villa - Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist grandios und bietet viel Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub. Alles sehr sauber und modern. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ruhig und die Dachterasse Abends und Nachts sehr zu empfehlen. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer! Zahlreiche Ausflugsziele und Strände in der Umgebung sind vorhanden (z.B. Calp, Altea, Villa Joyosa, Alicante, Elche, ..). Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fantastic house!

Very nice house, the housekeeping was exellent, all contact with property manager was perfect, swinmingpool very good. Overall: we had a fantastisk stay in this very nice house!

Fabulous Villa

This was by far the most beautiful villa that we have ever experienced and we are world travellers. My entire family was in awe of the beautiful home and unbelievable views of the ocean. Every room was beautifully decorated. The kitchen and amenities were wonderful. We were a family of 6 and it was absolutely perfert for us. Maria, the housekeeper did a great job every day and that was a plus. My family would love to return. Alicante was lovely and lots to do in the area, including a day trip to Valencia. It was difficult leaving the villa to go sightseeing. Don't hestitate to book this exceptional villa!

Es hat an nichts gefehlt, traumhaftes Haus. Toller Ausblick, Traumterasse auf dem Dach. Lob an Maria. Einzig etwas weit fußläufig vom Ort. Uns hat es super gefallen.

Awesome villa with super terrace

All i can say is awesome. Amazing view, great house, nice people. Top swimming-pool and outside kitchen. We really enjoy. Very good housekeeper and super nice manager Elena. This are real 5 Stars.

World-class Villa in a picturesque neighbourhood

Myself and a group of 11 including 2 toddlers stayed at the Villa. We had extremely high expectations based on the photos but these were exceeded in every way. For all of us it was the nicest rental property we have ever stayed in and cannot recommend it highly enough. We would love to come back. Communication with the host Elena was first-class throughout. She was clear and prompt if we had any queries. The cleaner Valentina is also a real asset and she made a real impression with our children which meant a lot to the mums on the trip. The space is perfect for a mixed group including children. The space is so big and over 3 levels that dinner parties or late nights won’t disturb children, and on the ground floor there is a self contained flat (again perfect for kids). The villa itself is simply stunning including the pool. The photos do not do it justice! The area was a real surprise for us in that we did not expect the nearby beaches to be so nice, particularly the rocky beach near the hotel Montiboli which is great for snorkelling and is a 2 minute walk away. We cannot recommend the villa highly enough, there were no criticisms from the group at all and it is perfect in every way!
