「With help from fantastic personnel we could change to a room that we really enjoyed at their main hotel castelar palace. The room and the service were fanrtasic: friendly and helpfull in evereway. We shall most certainly come back to this wondeful hotel.」

「The property was okay, but did not quite meet expectations from the image. The location is perfect, and justifies the value a lot. Checking in went far from easy, being online and the agreed check in time delayed by over half an hour. I recommend the place if you’re willing to talk to an AI concierge instead of an in-person check-in.」

「All in all it did the job but not a wow experience. Cleaning was not good. Contact persons to the place was great polite and accessible. Would most likely not use this place again. But for youngsters it might be suitable. 」

「Room was kept very clean. On the whole staff were very helpful but one or 2 glitches such as not being able to get a drink at the bar at 22:30 one evening and being sent on a wild goose chase to the 5th floor bar which never seemed to be open. Good breakfast and restaurant. Useful to know: water bowser on the first floor」
