Le Logis de Jean - VILLAMEE

Located in a courtyard shared with the owners' home, this accommodation is spread over two levels. On the ground floor: - a living room with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a wood-burning stove (first fire free). Upstairs (stairs a bit steep): - a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a sofa. - an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside: - garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, and barbecue. - an outbuilding with a washing machine. - a garden (shared with the owners). Private parking in front of the accommodation. The property is entered through a gate shared by the owners' home and the gîte. Stone walls and wooden beams blend harmoniously in this authentic accommodation in the Fougères region. Named "Le Logis de Jean" in homage to the owner's grandfather who lived here in the early 20th century, this cottage has been tastefully renovated. Upstairs, the bedroom exudes a chalet feel and offers cozy comfort for restful nights. It's the ideal cocoon for a romantic vacation in a lush and pleasant setting: outside, a garden furniture set and sun loungers allow you to relax to the sound of birdsong. This cottage is the perfect starting point for all your getaways: marvel at the Botanical Park of Upper Brittany (8.5 km), let off steam at the Treetop Adventure Park at the Chênedet leisure center in the Fougères forest (12 km), or visit the Town of Art and History of Fougères and its majestic castle (15 km). Join the famous Mont Saint-Michel and its bay 33 km away or discover Avranches in Normandy 35 km away.
