Le charme de l'appartement ne fait pas tout!

Tres peu de metres carres ou l'on peut marcher bebout - chambre à coucher donne directement sur route principale avec bcp de passage - très mal insonorisé - pas d'eau chaude après 19h - accès jusqu'à la navette dangereux sur route principale sans trottoir - pas de navette vers Clos de la Balme - ménage laisse à désirer! A ce prix la on trouve nettement mieux si on s'y prend à l'avance. D'ailleurs je recommande les chalets du Peuil sur Corrençon qui ont une vue magnifique.

Superbe décoration , belle pièce à vivre mais 2 bémols : la salle de bain minuscule et surtout 4 étages à monter ( 65 marches !)… nous avons passé un agréable séjour très ensoleillé…balades , golf et avons beaucoup aimé la région

Très bel appartement

Appartement bien aménagé, très chaleureux et avec une belle vue dégagée sur les montagnes. Attention à la hauteur sous plafond pour les plus grands :) L'endroit est très propre, et l'accueil est parfait. Il est situé à l'extérieur du centre ville (voiture obligatoire) dans un emplacement très calme. En résumé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour en été avec de très belles randonnées dans le Vercors.

Hauteur de plafond un peu basse, chambre enfants attention à la longueur des jambes. Idéal pour 4 avec un bébé. Peut-être un peu juste pour 6 personnes. Super mur vitré plein sud avec petite terrasse et une vue superbe sur les montagnes. Petite rivière au pied de l'immeuble avec le bruit de l'eau au réveil... Tout ce qu'il fait pour la cuisine. Une super décoration type chalet.

Séjour parfait à Villard de Lans

Logement impeccable, très bien situé et correspondant parfaitement au descriptif : ambiance chalet avec son décor et sa cheminée, vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes, et rivière au pied de l’immeuble. Le tout avec un accueil très chaleureux. Quel bonheur !!! Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve, dépaysantes et sportives grâce aux nombreuses randonnées dans le Vercors où les paysages sont magnifiques mais également grâce à la multitude d’activités disponibles sur Villard de Lans. Je recommande cette location, idéale pour 5-6 personnes. Encore un grand merci Mariedo pour votre gentillesse. Nous espérons revenir très prochainement. JC, Delphine et les enfants.

Ambiance montagne

Appartement idéalement situé dans Villard pour les amateurs de ski nordique car sur la route de Corrençon et quasiment à l'entrée de la route d'accès aux pistes du Bois-Barbu. La contrepartie de cette localisation est le bruit de la route qui est parfois gênant. Immeuble sans charme et sans ascenseur ( il faut se hisser au 3eme étage) mais bonne orientation sud et vue agréable sur la montagne, pas de vis-à-vis, la départementale bruyante aux heures de pointe n'est pas visible du balcon. Intérieur conforme aux photos, très propre. Déco montagnarde et soignée, chemin?e (bois fourni), ambiance chaleureuse. Equipement fonctionnel et généreux (les amateurs de raclette et de fondue seront comblés). Accueil très sympathique de Micheline et de Jacques qui vous assistent dans votre installation comme si vous faisiez partie de la famille.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour à Villard de Lans. Le contact avec le propriétaire est excellent: efficacité, organisation et agréable. Accueil chaleureux à l'arrivée. l'appartement est bien situé, propre, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. magnifique vue de la terrasse du séjour plein sud , belle chambre des parents et petite chambre d'enfant. En cas de fortes chutes de neige, accès possible de la résidence, en voiture, depuis le centre de Villard...

Dès que nous sommes arrivés je me suis sentie chez moi , nous n'avons pas été déçus cela reflètais exactement la location qui était décrite dans l'annonce. Nous étions dans un petit cocon montagnard. Le cadre de cet appartement nous faisons croire que nous étions dans un chalet chaleureux avec son décor et surtout la cheminée. L'accueil avec la propriétaire très chaleureux. je ne manquerais pas d'y retourné une nouvelle fois. Je recommande à des personnes qui veulent vraiement s'évader et prendre du plaisir à regarder la vue des montagnes pour un dépaysement total et n'oublier pas votre canne à pêche le poisson y est là. J'espère que cette location sera toujours là.
