Increible lugar

Me encanto hospedarme en este hotel. Practicamente estas dentro del bosque, tienes un rio imponente a 30 metros. La atencion del personal del hotel, maravillosa. Las habitaciones muy confortables. Estas cerca de termas, saltos, rios y paisajes inolvidables.

Best breakfast we had in Chile

Wonderful host, very helpful with recommendations for the area. Comfortable room. Best breakfast buffet we had in Chile. I would stay here again.

Excelente e tranquila hospedagem

A pousada é muito bem cuidada, e fica numa área muito bela a uns 10 minutos do centro de Pucón (todo em asfalto). O quarto superior é ótimo, bem aconchegante, com uma excelente cama, e muito tranquilo. A calefação funciona a contento. O chuveiro é forte e esquenta bastante. O café da manhã é ótimo, tem tudo o que você precisa para suportar um bom dia de caminhadas. Inclusive, por dois dias houve até queijo de cabra à disposição! A área do Parque Metreñehue é fantástica, muito verde, muitas flores, um rio muito bonito a alguns metros de caminhada, e uma bela vista do vulcão Rucapillán (ou Villarica). Tem um restaurante, que funciona mediante reserva prévia (não utilizamos). Quanto ao atendimento: é apenas correto, à exceção da administradora Carolina, que foi uma excepcional anfitriã! Muito solícita e simpática, explicou detalhadamente tudo o que havia a fazer na região, dando dicas preciosas. Em resumo, recomendo a todos. É uma fantástica opção em Pucón.

Bel hôtel dans un cadre de verdure. Excellent petit déjeuner. Belle décoration dans un environnement calme et agréable. Grande chambre de plain pied avec de grande baie qui donne sur un parc. TB.A recommander.

A beautiful haven just outside Pucon.

This hotel was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The property had excellent views of the volcano, acess to the river and a pool to cool off, and was centrally located to the thermal pools (spas) further up valley. The room was well appointed, breakfast and dinners were delicious, and the staff were lovely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone if they are thinking of heading to Pucon. I hope to get back. Beautiful!

Lovely escape just outside of town

My husband and I stayed at the bed and breakfast for a portion of our honeymoon in Chile. The place is lovely and set outside of town. We could hear the river rushing constantly. We sat on our little porch reading and listening to the river. Carolina, the administrator, was very kind and helpful. Her and the owner gave us several great tips on what to do nearby. The breakfast spread was wonderful, meats, cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt cereal, fresh baked cakes and breads. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax after a day of hiking, white water rafting and adventuring. However, we did have a car to get around. It would be more difficult without a car, as it is not within walking distance of anything. But that was more than ok for us.

Perfect Posada with great service!

Amazing place. Highly recommended! We booked our stay for two nights. I wish we had had more time. We had a beautiful room in the main building. Warm and cozy. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, and Carolina, the manager, is an amazing person who takes pride in her job and is very detail oriented. She makes sure you receive a good service and feel at home. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had during our trip to the South of Argentina and Chile. Assorted cold cuts and local cheeses. Fresh fruits. Yogurts. Good selection of breads and freshly baked cake. Eggs. And delicious fresh made crepes with dulce de leche!!! The location is perfect. Next to a beautiful river. Less than 2 miles from the center of Pucón, and very close to some attractions. Our stay at this Posada exceeded our expectation and for sure we would love to comeback one day.

Excelente estadía, mejor atención de Carolina (administradora) y los demás. Las instalaciones y habitaciones en perfecto estado. Calefaccionado día y noche, un entorno bien cuidado. A pesar del excelente estado de todo, el precio es un poco alto. Ese es mi único reparo.

Hotel muy bien atendido

Fue una experiencia muy buena, la atención del lugar es de sobre nivel. Todo muy limpio, el parque es hermoso con muchas comodidades. Los dueños transmiten esa calidez, te atienden muy bien. El desayuno es sencillo pero rico, fresco.

Carolina nos dió una excelente recepción y trato, todo fue muy cómodo y resaltamos la predisposición para todo lo que necesitamos, lo recomendamos sin dudas Tener en cuenta que está a unos km del centro de Pucón y es necesario ir para contratar excursiones o hacer compras

Encontro com a natureza

Apartamentos da pousada muito bons, os do anexo deixam a desejar. Porém ao visitar outros locais, percebemos que é uma característica da região, rústicos e pequenos. Algo menos romântico e mais aventureiro. O som do rio para dormir é mágico. Não deixe de aproveitar o restaurante peruano, é perfeito, e, se der sorte, o jantar da antiga proprietária. O staff é excelente

Reservamos a último momento y pensamos que el hecho que quedara en el km 11 camino a Caburga podía ser una desventaja. Sin embargo, la ubicación y entorno del hotel es muy agradable. El hecho que el hotel se encuentre ubicado en un parque lo hace perfecto para la familia y para relajarse tan solo estando ahí. Un rico restaurante peruano acaba de inagurarse en su interior. Nos hospedamos en una pieza doble superior y su tamaño y terraza fueron muy comodas.

El mejor servicio

Excelente! el servicio fue unico. Cuando llegamos, el hotel estaba cerrado por remodelaciones, y aparentemente no estaban al tanto de nuestra llegada. Sin embargo, nos atendieron muy bien, e inmediatamente nos proporcionaron una habitacion y acomodaron todas nuestras necesidades. Muchas gracias a toddas las chicas que nos atendieron durante nuestra estancia.
