「Groot en comfortabel appartement met balkon met fantastisch uitzicht. Bushalte voor de deur met gratis vervoer met toeristen kaart. In 10 minuten naar het centrum van neuchatel en in 30 minuten naar het strand. Winkels op loopafstand. Ilhan ( de eigenaar) verzorgde alle zaken zonder problemen.」

「Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

「Vielfältige Enttäuschung: Pool war nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, uns wurde vor der Buchung noch eine genaue Gebrauchsanweisung von Schlüsseln, Saugroboter und Poolnutzung geschickt. Wohnung völlig überhitzt (>38 Grad) durch defekte Wärmepumpe, später traten dann stark riechende Dämpfe von Lösungsmitteln oder Kältemitteln aus. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Wir sind früher abgereist.」

「Hallo, wir waren mit 3 Personen in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Informationen über die Umgebung sind reichlich vorhanden. Besonders möchte ich noch den herrlichen Ausblick, bis rüber Jura erwähnen. Kinderspielzeug und Spiele für Erwachsene sind vorhanden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden gerne im Sommer noch einmal kommen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall das schöne Ferienhaus mal zu besuchen」

「J'ai séjourné dans ce logement durant 2 nuits autant la communication avec la propriétaire était très bien ainsi que la personne du ménage, autant le logement n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. 「Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzige negative Punkt war für uns die Lage an der ziemlich befahrenen Straße , vielleicht sind wir in dieser Hinsicht aber auch sehr empfindlich. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in der nichts fehlt !」

「We had an excellent stay Chez Rosalie. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of fun options for activities. We enjoyed visiting the chocolate factory and taking a lesson on chocolate making, followed by a hike in the mountains where we picked up some fresh local cheese from the farm! My kids also loved the kittens and cats Chez Rosalie - it was a nice bonus for them!」

很糟糕，不會再預定這間住宿
"體驗感糟糕，一切靠自助入住，但email給的code是錯誤的，導致花了很長時間跟線上客服溝通。不只如此，免費的停車場需要下載app來停車，對於來旅遊沒有電話號碼的我們甚至很難申請一個帳號，停在附近的路邊收到了罰單。房間內沒有冷氣，我是七月初入住的，熱到不行，根本無法入睡。"
