「This was the absolute best experience at a hotel I have ever had. I booked 3 nights, then loved it so much that I booked another 4 nights. Because of my Platinum Expedia status I did get upgraded which got me a room further up the mountain with even more privacy. I was upgraded to the Brisas Beach Club with a private pool. EPIC! The service was so great. They have these safari jeeps that pick you up and take you wherever you need to go and they arrive fast. I never waited more than 3-5 minutes...

「第一天到的時候不知道是人很多還是什麼房間沒有浴巾請他們拿打了兩次電話隔天去吃早餐的時候服務態度很差我們的樓層發出臭味也告知他們請他們來處理也很慢要去泳池竟然沒有浴巾請我們等一個小時住宿那麼多次很少碰到這樣」

「We had an amazing time. We loved our room and the service throughout the hotel was phenomenal!!!! Best we ever had. In particular, we would like to recognize Jorge Quezada from The Pescador restaurant, and Ernesto from the Pescador bar, for their hard work in providing amazing service. We stayed for a week and got tired of our food options though Changing the menus up more would be helpful. Also, a little more adult entertainment please. We loved the casino night. Overall it was great.」

「这次的家庭出游我选择了全包式酒店、但是体验实在差、首先酒店很旧、服务不好、餐饮更没法吃、最后一天我们直接到外面的餐厅吃饭、等行李员用了45分钟、第一晚的房间臭味熏天没法睡觉、第二天换了房间、不会再光顾这个酒店」

「Gran Suite is just a one bedroom with kingsize, not really a suite.」

「The elevator only goes up at lobby and won't stop at any level when goes down unless you call the reception and reserve the service 10 minutes before. It takes another 10 minutes if you miss it. The facilities are old but acceptable. The lobby is crowed and not clean. I don't get why it is a four star hotel. Anyway, I won't come back again and recommend it either.」

「Para el precio está bien, si solo buscas algo para dormir」

「La ubicación es maravillosa, la alberca está increíble y el acceso a la playa y la atención de las personas muy bien, lo único fue que al llegar encontré la habitación súper sucia y con una cucaracha, pedí que me la cambiarían y no quisieron, lo único que me pudieron hacer fue aseo y fumigar, que no si este último se hizo. Y le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento al edificio en general cuartos, elevadores, pasillos y baños todo lo demás, muy tranquilo. 」

「酒店位置很好，出门过条街就是海滩，附近还有超市，海鲜餐厅，非常方便。房间很大，卫生也很好，只是临近马路，有点吵。」
