Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the villa "Vittoria" is located in Villasimius. The 85 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. Available amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, 2 covered terraces, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

An area with essential services such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops can be found in Villasimius, approx. 3 km from the property. The nearby beaches include Campus (approx. 1.5 km from the villa), Cuccureddus and Campulongu (both approx. 4 km). Public transport links are located within walking distance.

Kommunikation eher schwierig nur per App möglich. Der Vermieter war von Beginn an etwas aufdringlich und wollte alles zu seinen Gunsten abändern: Buchung über Expedia, Ankunftszeit und Abreisezeit, Ankunft wegen eines Defekts. Hier musste man immer eine Stunde früher fertig sein, das war nervig. Auch das mit der Müllabfuhr hatte er uns erklärt und wir haben es so gemacht , wie wir es verstanden hatten, aber am Ende war es wohl doch falsch ?!?! Hier wäre eine Infomappe im Haus in mehreren Sprachen sinnvoll für alle Beteiligten. Freitag und Samstag gab es immer Party im Hotel neben an. Mit Fenster zu ging’s aber. Ansonsten war erst 4:30 Uhr frühs Ruhe. Die Nachbarn rechts und links sind unauffällig und nett. Genauer hinschauen darf man natürlich nicht, wer besonders sauber und ordentlich ist. Insgesamt war es aber ok.

Nettes kleines Ferienhaus in einem „Dorf“ aus Ferienhäusern mit Garten und Blick auf die Berge. Gut ausgestattete Küche, bis auf fehlende Teekanne und einen Kaffeebereiter, der nicht mit abfallträchtigen Kapseln funktioniert. Strand (Spiaggia Campus) sowie kleiner Supermarkt mit frischem Brot sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Sommer bei Hochbetrieb könnte es etwas laut sein (wir waren Anfang Oktober dort)

Séjour agréable, maison confortable

3 semaines en juillet pour une première fois en Sardaigne. Maison agréable pour 5/6 personnes, bien équipée. Quartier plutôt sympathique proche des commodités. Seul hic, voisins manquant carrément de discrétion (ce qui est génant les terrasses étant accolées aux uns et aux autres)! Il a fallu faire du bruit pour se faire comprendre par un voisin à gauche qui se croyait seul au monde et celui de droite qui réglait ses problèmes personnels en hurlant au téléphone ou regardait ses vidéos le son du à fond. Le propriétaire n'y est pour rien, juste un manque de civisme, d'éducation et de respect de la part des locataires!... Sinon, super séjour, les plages de Villasimius valent le détour, à voir absolument, de préférence en louant un bateau à la journée (top).

La casa è molto bella, comoda, completa di tutto. Favoloso il porticato arredato. Comodissimo il posto auto. Maria è stata disponibilissima. La posizione è ottima per poter raggiungere con l auto tutte le spiagge della zona. Ci torneremo appena possibile.

Relax stay at Villasimius

We stayed at this accommodation with our family for 3 weeks. The house is perfect for children. With only a 8 minute drive to our favorite beach in Vellasimius and 5 minutes away from the super market it’s perfectly located. The host Maria is really kind and went the extra mile for us. We hope to stay here again when we come back to Sardinia.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit hervorragender Ausstattung

Anfang Oktober waren wir fast die einzigen Gäste in dieser Feriensiedlung. Daher war es sehr angenehm ruhig. Da wir eh jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand gefahren sind hat es uns nicht gestört, dass man nicht fußläufig an einem Strand wohnt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war völlig unkompliziert auch wenn sie nicht so gut englisch spricht. Die Einweisung ins Haus war sehr ausführlich und freundlich. Das Haus ist mit wirklich allen erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Sonnenschirm,...). Sehr erfreut hat uns das viele Spielzeug für unsere Tochter. Einziges Manko: das Haus ist (wie wahrscheinlich jedes Haus in Italien) sehr hellhörig.
