This is an excellent boutique hotel with great breakfast and customer service. They were very accommodating and got us last minute reservations at nice local restaurant nearby… it is also walking distance to the shops and town square. We will totally come back here again.

Outstanding Stay in Italy I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive. The entire property was absolutely immaculate, and every detail was so well cared for. The location was perfect and made everything so convenient. My stay was truly outstanding, and there isn’t one negative thing I could say. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, welcoming place to stay in VillasIimius Sardinia Italy, I highly recommend this hotel. We would absolutely stay here again! ❤️🇮🇹

Great off-the-beach location right next to groceries. Alicia checked us in and was super helpful. Explaining everything and carrying the bags to the room. She recommended a local beach which is clearly the best I've been to. And also made a great recommendation for authentic Sardinian dinner and made reservations. The breakfast spread was a step above many, and I would/will absolutely go to this hotel again. The room and the balcony were great. But the staff really makes a difference. I just hope they still have Alicia, or other quality people because it makes all the difference!!

Excellent stay at Xenia

The stay at Xenia was great. Very clean room, comfortable bed and possibility to have super warm water in the shower. Breakfast was a buffet but because of covid there was no self service. The staff was very nice, they gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Single tip - it’s hard to find this hotel, it would be worthwhile to fix the address.

Alles bestens

Could be cheaper for its quality

It was OK but not as it is advertised. The room was OK and the shower was blocked. Breakfast not very exciting although you can find a supermarket right beside this property.

Ottimo Hotel
