I got the room with my points and did not accept that. They want to charge me $87 for the night. I did not stay. I left and went to another place. Do I get my points back?

The staff members I met were extremely nice and helpful. I will happily stay here the next time I visit the Ville Platte area.

Stay was fine once they found our reservation. Not having an elevator was not convenient due to my husband just having knee surgery. Rooms were swapped around due to this need. However room when reserved was a handicap accessible and upon arrival was not. Was happy that swap was able to be done. And was told if it wouldn’t have been able that they would have had to turn us away.
