「We are a US family and visited Hotel GS in July, to break up our stay in Copenhagen. We were unfamiliar with the area and tried to ensure that we were staying in a walkable area, near the beach and with good amenities. We were not disappointed ... The hotel excelled on all counts. It is located on the north coast, near other lovely towns. Just a lovely area, we enjoyed the sunset balcony and the hotel restaurant is really excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating too. 」

「Staff was friendly and accommodating. We came in very late and they made arrangements for us to get our room key quickly and without complications. The hotel is historic so it is not new but is well kept. The beach walk/ trail is fantastic with incredible views. Would recommend and would return. 」

「It couldn't be closer to the train station/ferry terminal. It took all of a minute to walk there. Checkin took one or two minutes. There is an elevator which holds three or four people. Walking in the old town area where the hotel is is a pleasure with all the shops and cafés. It's very close to Kronborg Castle as well. We did not take advantage of the breakfast so I have no comments about it. It's a good value hotel. I believe it's the same hotel where I stayed in 1979 and it is just as fine as...
