This 85 m² top-floor apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Perfect for families, couples, or business travelers looking for comfortable accommodation.

✨Highlights of the Apartment ✨

* Two bedrooms: Tastefully and brightly furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The smaller bedroom features an additional TV.

* Living room: Bright atmosphere with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space, modern flat-screen TV, and a cozy seating area.

* Fully equipped kitchen: Open-plan kitchen with an additional bar-style dining area. Everything is provided – stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, as well as dishes and cutlery.

* Bathroom: Spacious and clean with shower, towels, hairdryer, soap, and toilet paper.

* Dining area: Directly adjacent to the open kitchen. Stylish table with space for shared meals and a view over Villmar.

Additional Amenities
* Use of the pre-heated 4x8m saltwater pool and pool lounge (from mid/end of May), as well as the large garden and barbecue area.
* Parking space directly in front of the door.
* Basement access (including washing machine and dryer).
* Pets are warmly welcome! (Additional €15 to the final cleaning fee)

The charming apartment is located in Villmar, known for its picturesque landscape and famous Lahn marble. Enjoy the wonderful view of the surroundings directly from your vacation home.

Nearby you’ll find shopping opportunities (Rewe, Netto, bakeries, …) as well as good restaurants and ice cream cafés.

Connections: Only a 15-minute drive to Limburg with its historic old town and impressive cathedral. The perfect location for excursions along the Lahn or hikes in nature.

Wir waren da für 4 Tage und 3 Nächte mit Familien, davon einem 5 Monate Säugling. Die Wohnung ist schön, groß mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. sehr angenehm und so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber auch nicht so weiter zu großen Städten wie Frankfurt, Koblenz sowie Köln. Frau Meixner ist sehr freundlich, sehr nett und gastfreundlich.
