Fantastic stay and a lovely city!

Check in instructions were very easy to follow. Our room was very well equipped, clean and felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent for commuting into the city or to the local shops. Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Vilnius :)

This is a great property to stay at. Very new and very clean. In mint condition. Easy walk to historic old town Vilnius in about 20-25 minutes. Lots of grocery stores close by. Walking distance from the train station.

The property was clean and modern with pretty good access to the centre. Only downsides were the shower temperature not staying consistent and the bed wasn’t very comfortable - leaving Vilnius with back and neck ache.

Utmärkt boende! Rent och fräscht. Fantastiskt trevliga personer - Daiva och "TopFloor Apatrments team" - som hanterade våra frågor och önskemål då vi mejlade dem med snabb återkoppling varje gång. Vi fick checka in tidigt och checka ut sent. Sköna sängar och bastun var ett STORT plus. Vi kommer definitivt att återkomma hit nästa gång vi är i Vilnius!

Excellent stay!!

Perfect place to stay with your families, and a quick journey to the Cathedral where all tourist attractions are through one bus that is located near the apartment. Excellent location. Excellent condition of the apartment indoors itself. Great communication with customer service. There is also air conditioning in the apartment which is excellent during the hot humid weather. Daiva was an amazing help and I would definetely recommend this place to others!!

the apartment is great, the location is a bit far (30min walk) from the city center. my biggest problem was with the cleanliness, the towels and kitchen towels stank horribly and there was no shampoo, only handwash

We had bad luck, but the place was superb

The only thing to complain that the key card reader battery expired suddenly and we were locked out of our room. The situation would've been quite a bad if I hadn't had my phone with me to call the customer support. Fortunately the staff were very helpful and came to help. We got a delicious box of chocolates as a compensation for the trouble. As the situation was probably 1/1000 case, I can definitely recommend the place.

Our stay was perfect: the room was silent, perfectly clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s not exactly in the historic center, however the place la to visit are easily reachable both on foot and by bus. Highly recommended. Very easy also to communicate with the hosts. They were super friendly and ready to accommodate our requests.

I arrived and checking was smoothe. The room was clean and I had a nice city view. The location was close to the bus and stores and restaurant conveniently located. The manager helped me with leaving my bags after checkout. I will use this apartment complex next time I visit Vilnius
