The patios and little outdoor seating areas were a pleasant bonus as well as the breakfast. The garden cottage was situated on the top floor of the house with its own private outdoor entrance”

“What an adorable cottage! This was perfect for our quick overnight in Little Rock. The yard was great for our doggie and the bed was really comfortable! The parking spot right out front was very convenient and we felt safe in the neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again!”

“Overall the property was newly remodeled and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beds upstairs, living down. The property manager communicated very clearly (likely the best we have experienced in the US). The only thing that bothered us was it smelled like smoke from the neighboring tenant’s cigarette being drawn through the A/C unit when they stood outside. If you need access to UAMS long term it would be the perfect spot as it is directly across the street and an easy walk. ”

As I was coming from Knoxville, Tennessee for a funeral, they accepted my last minute booking while answering any questions I had along the way. This particular week I was traveling, a severe winter storm would be on the verge of coming through. When I arrived at the house, they had prepped the front porch with salt and even sent more to the house just in case. Not only did they think of us, they were very accommodating……
