“The Country Inn & Suites in Conway: my room (312) had bed bugs I am suffering right now. My bed and pillows were infested with numerous blood sucking bed bugs. The A.M. staff told me he did not have decision making powers. I called the hotel later and talked to someone that identified themselves as a manager. I explained the bedbug condition but he was of no assistance. I PLAN TO SUE for pain and suffering.
I have used this hotel many times, but the BED BUG infestation was/is BAD. I was in room……

“I don't eat pork so the breakfast was basically continental in the end. I had a problem with the hot tub and the staff was attentive, but I had to go to them, rather than them coming to me to resolve the issue. I did not particularly like having to go out at night and walk to the office since I was travelling alone. Overall the room was clean, comfortable and quiet.”
