Really enjoyed our stay. SUPER comfortable beds. Great restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Was surprised by the paid parking - when you're this far outside the city, it should be free.

Was in room 707, great views and huge room. Comfy bed, great shower. Bar was nice, service ok, but nice bar snacks. Breakfast was excellent.

Wonderful experience! Amazing breakfast with many options. A nice bar and overall the interior design. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel room was marvelous, clean, good room temperature. I highly recommend this hotel if you want something at an affordable/reasonable price, with good service and clean rooms!

Friendly staff, room is big, nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, with fridge provided. On-site car park is big, however is not free, therefore a bit waste of the parking space, most of the cars park outside the hotel along the road. The hotel is very new and highly recommended.

A great business hotel - close to the airport, very new and clean. Staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are luxury and the beds are so comfy with linen that is just a cut above. Superb quality and a GREAT night's sleep. The restaurant is great. I had the Entrecote and it really was very yummy and perfectky cooked as per my request. Location is a bit remote and there is often an unfortunate small of sewage outside - not much they can do about it and it isnt inside at all.

Nice new hotel

Nice new hotel, good size rooms, very clean and comfortable including beds. Shame windows in rooms don't open, so the room is permanently air-conditioned. There's not much around this area so you will likely eat in the bar / restaurant which is fine if a little limited after a few days.

Bravo!

I stayed for 1 week at the Voco and I was really impressed by the courtesy of the day & night staff. They were extremely helpful and assisted me in making my 6nights stay amazing! The room was clean, the bed was super soft and I felt very comfortable. Modern rain and hand shower in the bathroom and the hallways were well-kept. The breakfast in the morning was also great. Be aware: the Voco is not located in the Center of Brussels and there is not much happening directly near the hotel i.e stores or metro station (walking distance) but that was not an issue for me since I had a car. Overall, this location is amazing! I will definitely book again when I am back in Brussels.

Ok, not excellent but could be

A good concept for a hotel, service on check in was not so good though.The front desk had no one at it for a long time. This was around midnight but still, not what we would expect. We had a certain room tupe6 requested and we were given that type. Unfortunately, when entering the room it had been used. The bed had beens slept in and towels used. When reporting it to reception I was provided with another room, not of the type we requested. They could have upgraded me for their error but didn't which was a shame. Especially as it was late. I did get a drink voucher, but I saw everyone who checked in get one of those. There are areas outside that need some work. When you're in the lift for example, the ledges look dirty. But overall we would give it another try. Breakfast was fairly basic with good eggs but overcooked bacon and the sausages were pretty bad. Coffee ok, juice good and the waffle maker was welcome to see.

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht hier (als Zwischenstopp), wenn ich gewusst hätte, wie toll das Hotel ist, hätte ich einen längeren Aufenthalt gebucht! :) Das Hotel scheint noch ziemlich neu zu sein, alles super sauber, neu, modern und wirklich hübsche Einrichtung mit viel Deko etc. Das Personal abends beim Check-In war unglaublich herzlich, witzig, hilfsbereit und so freundlich - vielen lieben Dank für alles. Sehr sehr sehr empfehlenswert! (Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen.)
