Lovely house but they don’t provide linen as standard and charge more than advertised!

This house is absolutely beautiful and is very nicely looked after. Great location, beach nearby and shops/restaurants close by. There is a dog kennels very nearby which was quite noisy at night. The owner very kindly agreed to let us check in early to accommodate our arrival time in Vinaros BUT we would have given the house 5 stars if we hadn’t been overcharged for linen and towels. I don’t understand why there is a charge for bed linen - it is essential and unreasonable to expect guests to bring their own - you don’t expect someone to bring their own plates or cups - these should be included as part of a holiday rental. It was advertised that bed linen is €5 per person, and towels were €2.50. When we arrived, after a long journey with 3 young children, we were met by the housekeeper who was very friendly. However, she charged €10 per person for bed linen and towels even though we told her we did not need towels and we had brought a cot for the baby so didn’t need sheets for her. We should have been charged €20 but she made us pay €50. I checked the advert once she left and saw how much she overcharged us - I have emailed the owner to request a refund of the €30 and have not received a reply.

Fijn huis in Vinaros

Hebben genoten van een week in Spanje. Huis heeft op veel kamers airco en het zwembad is heerlijk. Zwembad is ook groter dan in eerste instantie op de foto’s leek. Ook de grote keuken vonden wij erg fijn. De keuken is verder ook goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt.

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia sin tener que salir la playa aunque de piedras se encuentra muy cerca de la casa al lado también hay un super para poder comprar. La estancia buena para repetir.

Schönes Haus in falscher Umgebung

Es ist ein großes, schönes und geräumiges Haus, mit mehr wie sehr guter Ausstattung und ist in allen Raümen vollklimatisiert. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Haus liegt in einer trostlosen Wohngegend. Das ständige Hundegebell, insbesondere bei Nacht, war nervtötend. Spaziergänge waren in der Umgebung mit Kindern schwierig, da dort wenige Gehwege vorhanden sind und man an der Straße laufen musste. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin war grenzwertig und zwischenzeitlich nicht gastfreundlich, insbesondere dann, wenn es um Bemängelungen ging. Ihre Beiträge zur Mängelbeseitigung waren darin beschränkt, dass man Fotos davon machen sollte und diese dem Vermieter direkt zukommen lässt, was nicht tatsächlich vor Ort hilft. Auch die Poolreinigung war auf das Beproben der Wasserqualität, Bodenreinigung und Ke schern beschränkt. Als der Pool nach über einer Woche an den Seitenrändern verschmutzt war, gab es unmögliche Diskussionen und Vorhaltungen von der Hausverwalterin/Poolreinigerin über die Poolnutzung. Auch da ist die Hausverwalterin unverichterer Dinge abgefahren und wir haben den Pool selber gereinigt, bei einem Zeitaufwand, welcher keine 15 Minuten in Anspruch genommen hat. Auf dem gegenüberliegenden Grundstück liegt eine Bauruine in welcher sich Tauben eingenistet haben. Die ständig überfliegenden Tauben verschmutzen zudem das Grundstück des Vermieters und den Pool durch Kot und Federn. FAZIT: Super Haus aber falsche Umgebung

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Vor allem die Küche diese vielfalt hat manch einer nicht im eigenen Haushalt. Es ist alles vorhanden ! Angefangen von Tupperware über Töpfe,Bratpfannen super gepflegt! Das war bestimmt nicht der letzte Ferienaufenthalt den wir in Vinaros verbracht haben!

Hay que hacer algún cambio, pero nos ha encantado la casa..

Hemos disfrutado mucho de unos días de vacaciones en familia. La ubicación de la casa es muy buena está cerca de playas, calas, supermercados y restaurantes. La casa es muy grande y está limpia con todo lo necesario para la estancia. La piscina y el jardín perfectos. Lo único es que la televisión no es Española algo que ley en reseñas de años anteriores y que ponia que iban a cambiar y no han cambiado. En principio nos comentaron que lo iban a cambiar en breve. También nos dijeron que harían algunas mejoras como pintar la casa y cambiar el sofá del salón. El sofá está bastante deteriorado y necesita un cambio urgente. Espero que lo cambien para la próxima visita. Nosotros exceptuando lo de la tele y el sofá estamos encantados. Volveremos sin dudarlo, pero esos pequeños cambios harían la estancia perfecta. Muchas gracias a Sonja por su amabilidad y trato, es un encanto.

Vacaciones estupendas

Hemos estado una semana y la estancia ha sido genial. Como puntos positivos cabe destacar que la casa es muy grande, con muchos dormitorios y aire acondicionado en todos ellos. La cocina tiene todo tipo de utensilios, incluso 2 frigorificos. La piscina es estupenda y la playa se encuentra a 10 minutos andando. Sonja es muy amable y siempre ha estado atenta para cualquier problema o duda. Como aspectos a mejorar: la limpieza general, la televisión solo funciona en alemán, la barbacoa es bastante antigua. Ademas igual sería interesante instalar rejas en las ventanas para mayor seguridad de la casa. Sin duda muy recomendable. Repetiremos!

Buenas vacaciones

Hemos estado de viernes a domingo y todo bien. Sonia quedó con nosotros en el parking del Lidl y te guía hasta la casa. La casa está bien y es bonita. Tiene bastantes utensilios de cocina. Tiene 2 neveras. El garaje lo tienen ocupado y no se puede aparcar pero aparcamos un coche dentro y el otro afuera. Las toallas y sábanas son de pago. Yo lleve las mias. Las niñas disfrutaron mucho la piscina.

La estafa cuando acaba la estancia

Cuando llegamos lo primero fue ver lo sucia que estaba la piscina, todo el agua turbia. En las habitaciones los cubrecamas amarillentos y las duchas sucias, por no hablar del agua negra que salía de la fregona cuando intentamos fregar…. Menos mal que nos llevamos nuestras propias sábanas y limpiamos todo cuando llegamos. Cuando alquilas la casa pagas 100€ por limpieza final y resulta que cuando te marchas te meten un suplemento de 70€ más por que la señora de la limpieza dice que está la casa sucia!!! Fregamos hasta el suelo antes de irnos… No tienen vergüenza de decirme que somos guarros por dejar la barbacoa con ceniza cuando se supone que estoy pagando 100€ Por limpieza… Cuidado también con los armarios que pone privado!!! Haced bien de fotos como hicimos nosotros al llegar por que luego te acusan de forzar cosas que estaban ya abiertas… Que pena de estancia. Un menos 0 para vosotros.

Nos hemos alojado unas amigas para desconectar unos días. La villa es una pasada, tal como se ve en el anuncio. El trato por parte de Sonha (ama de llaves) ha sido genial, nos ha explicado todo al detalle. Lo recomendamos al 100%.

Superbe villa avec piscine a 5 minutes à pied de la mer .climatisation dans toute les pièces de la maison, la villa est toute équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge etc....).la villa est très agréable à vivre très bien agencé .la piscine est nettoyer régulièrement pendant notre séjour est la personne est également disponible en cas de problèmes, la maison est très propre.nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à refaire.

Por fallecimiento no hemos podido ir.

El alojamiento tiene muy buen aspecto, pero por desgracia, el día 2 de Julio hicimos la reserva, pero el 3 ingresaron de gravedad a mi suegro y falleció el 4 de Julio. No pudiendo alojarnos el 6 de Julio fecha en la que teníamos la entrada. Lo comunicamos al propietario el día 3 el cual nos dio ánimos. Ahora estamos esperando el reembolso por fuerza de causa mayor y esperando poder visitar esta propiedad en un futuro cercano, cuando nuestras vacaciones y su disponibilidad nos permitan.
