The property was amazing, of course there was a few hiccups but the staff was amazing and honestly the room was really nice and spacious. I honsstly think the other comments that were negative were wrong. Its affordable and very clean! Thanks Redroof Inn for the hospitality!

There was no heat available in my room. They post continental breakfast available, and the hours that I was informed they stopped doing it two years ago but the sign remains up right next to my room.

I apologize that our hotel was not up to your standards. We haven't served breakfast for the last 3 years. While we are aware of the sign whenever guests ask we do inform them that there isn't any. Per your heat in the room did you call down to the front desk to ask somebody to look into your heating issues or did you come into the office at all? I also see that you stay for 2 nights and if your stay was that uncomfortable you could have checked out upon not liking it after the first night. Again apologies and have a pleasant day.

Worst property I have ever stayed at. Stains on the covers and sheets. Bathroom door all chewed up. First room offered had such a bad Oder in it that we couldn’t stand it.

The room could have been significantly cleaner and could have had at least one Kleenex box on the sink countertop. The towels were washed several too many times, I.e. thread bare and worn out. Upon arrival we saw one person giving a haircut to a young child on the walk way to the front office. Would definitely not recommend that particular Red Roof Inn. To boot the hot water heater broke Saturday evening. Did get it fixed by Sunday morning, thank God.

Had to wait in the lobby 20 minutes, when we got there at the correct 11am check-in time, after reserving the room online. Someone finally came in the reception area and said our room wouldn't be ready until 3pm because they didn't have it cleaned yet. 4 hours of wait time after being told to be there at 11am was quite disruptive and a hassle.

I stayed here with a dog. The floors are carpet free but filthy. I wiped up my dog’s water and the towel was black. I had to walk back to the reception desk to get the electricity turned on. The tv remote never worked. The hotel is an old hotel and pretty gross for $126 a night.

While it was not an expensive rate, the floors were dirty and sticky (laminate flooring, no carpet), the light over the bathroom sink did not work and although the booking site and a large sign at the hotel indicated there was breakfast served (the sign included the location and hours), they rudely said they had not served breakfast since COVID.

Never stay at Red Roof Inn. Rather sleep in a car!
Staff was unhelpful. No phones in the rooms to call front desk. 1/2 of the electrical outlets didn’t work properly. Had booked a handicap room and didn’t h get it. No walk in shower or safety strips on the floor of the tub or hand held shower unit. Couldn’t take a shower because I felt I would slip. No directions how to work the heating unit Couldn’t adjust the thermostat easily and the lighting was so dim it was difficult to walk around the bed with the all the lights on I booked 3 rooms. 2 had a coffee pot and the 3 rd did not. Each room was clean but the rest of the rooms were in terrible shape. The staff argued with my mother when she complained. Not once did the staff try to make anything better. I will never recommend any Red Roof Inn in the future. How they had decent reviews is a mystery. I’m disappointed in hotels.com because I’ve never had a bad room in 5 years let alone 3 on the same booking.

Great customer service. Friendly. Room was not clean. Sheets appeared dirty. Staff was responsive and brought clean sheets since hotel was full. Since the sheets were not clean, it made me worry about the attention to detail for the rest of the room.

The room was nice and spacious, but there was not breakfast like listed, and no pool for our kids. I would not stay here again.

Nice size room. Bed mattress was old soft and not comfortable. Found that it was adjustable in the morning except it didn't work. Property had a lot of stray cats wondering around and we found what appeared to be cat or dog hair accumulated in the corners of the bathroom.

It was dirty, My TV and AC didn't work and they never came to fix it. Didn't even end up staying there and booked another hotel. People were screaming in the hallway.

Apologize for the issue, But the tv and the ac works in the room The front desk was never notified about it not being working And we are exterior hotel, so we do not have a hallway.

Easy to unload car into your room. I left a day early and having a difficult time getting a refund for the day I did not use. Talked twice to expedia with no avail.

I do not recommend
One week stay,I canceled after three nights the pool was closed and the first three nights were higher than the rest of the nights asked for a refund on some of the money for the pool being close. Said no. So I was charged $300 for three nights. That was extremely high for that stay.
