Rooms are really clean and spacious. Staff is also helpful. Everything was connected internally so did great help during winter. The only thing that I didn't like was wifi services not available for all the guests. You needed to pay.

Loved the staff, check in was a breeze, room was spotless. We had hoped for the falls view, but wasn’t available, HOWEVER, we enjoyed a spectacular sunset on the city view side, as well as the most beautiful full moon in front of a black sky.
