“Prachtig hotel, prachtig personeel. Iedereen is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zowel receptie, zaal -en keukenpersoneel als poetsvrouwen. Hier komen we zeker terug, een echte aanrader. ”

“I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available.
I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.”

“The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained, and the location is excellent. However, this is unfortunately not a very family-friendly hotel.
Children are not allowed to use the indoor pool, and although there is an outdoor pool with loungers, you have to pass through the spa area to access it, which also restricts children from entering. With temperatures reaching 33 degrees, this was quite disappointing for families travelling with kids.

“Das Hotel ist schön, sauber und das Person ist wirklich nett uns sehr bemüht.
Das Essen ist gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Die Auswahl könnte etwas größer sein.
Allgemein würde ich sagen, das Hotel (samt Essen) ist im guten Durchschnitt, würde ich weiterempfehlen ja, aber warum nicht auch ein anderes probieren?
Die Lage in Rabac würde ich als Ideal bezeichnen, da eher am Ortsrand und somit eher ruhiger.”
