There was a misbilling issue occurred between hotel and Expedia, the hotel urged me to pay what I paid before so I double charged, I asked them to contact Expedia however they keep calling me by the phone and never gave me peace during my stay, they even dropped a letter threatening me to leave and whilst I was in shower the door knocked m, the hotel staff called police, after my explanation and proof of payment they still obliged me to pay the...

"difícil de achar o local porque a numeração na avenida aumenta e diminui. O local é muito quente , sem ar condicionado, geladeira velha e não fecha direito , limpeza inadequada com cheiro de mofo, recepção sem estrutura mínima apesar de boa vontade do funcionário"

"Pousada terrível , chegamos por volta das 22:00, estava tudo sujo, quarto com ar condicionado sujo, banheiro horrível, chuveiro não funcionava a descarga também não, não tinha frigobar no quarto, camas com lençóis ruins , colchão ruim. Impossível ficar no local , precisamos fazer uma reserva de emergência em outro hotel, no outro dia entrei em contato com a pousada pois esqueci uma bolsa a dona falou que não me daria informações e que se eu quisesse que reclamasse com o aplicativo ! Não entrem...
