Enjoy a relaxing mountain hiking vacation in Holtar valley



Here is a beautiful base with high living comfort for long or short hikes and fishing pleasures! Charming details, large surfaces and windows, warm colors and two sofa corners create an atmospheric feeling in this black cabin. With 4 bedrooms, you won't be short on space. Snuggle into the cushions on the sofas in the evenings, chat about the great trips and play Laughter forbidden. Who's laughing first? Maybe the kids will persuade you to play knot mother? The long dining table invites you to a fun afternoon of games.



Here you can hike, bike and fish, pick berries, observe the rich plant and animal life, paddle and just enjoy the fresh air! Explore the Holtar valley as well as the Silk valley, Silkedalen. You can also experience nature on horseback and take swimming trips to the lake.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of NOK 250.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.

Very beautiful accomodation

Very beautiful house just like the pictures on the website. Wonderful view over the valley and ideal for skiing and having a white christmas. Everything you need is there: enough dishes, cutlery, towels etc. - even spices, salt, oil and so on. What we missed were some hooks for clothes in some rooms or a commode. And there was no toaster but a waffle iron. And no kettle or microwave. But the whole house was in a new modern style, especially the bathroom and kitchen facility. With a huge fridge.
