「Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us.」

「We came from Eastern NC for our daughter’s high school graduation. The house was centrally located and easy to get to. It was clean and comfortable. The stairs to the room upstairs are very small/steep…so be careful maneuvering them! But, all in all, a great stay!!」

「We got the code from the owner and it worked, but there was also a deadbolt that we did not have a key to. After contacting VRBO by phone and asking them to contact the owner we waited over an hour on the steps because VRBO’s rep refused to contact owner. After we threatened a lawsuit we FINALLY received a phone call from the owner who took care of the problem. The only seating in the living room was a couch covered in dog hair and unidentifiable stains. The huge TV wasn’t set up for live shows....
