Disappointed

Yet again, Hotels.com failed to mention a potential charge for the dog. This is about the sixth or seventh time that this has happened. Also, in this particular hotel, dogs were not allowed into the bar area or even the reception area. This would have proved impossible if I had been travelling alone!! Hotels.com - Please be more specific in future and if you don't know the rules - find out before posting the hotel on your site

Parfait pour les déplacements pro

Je séjourne régulièrement au Campanile de Sablé-sur-Sarthe dans le cadre de mes déplacements professionnels. L’accueil est toujours chaleureux, familial. Mention spéciale au personnel, toujours souriant, disponible et à l’écoute. C’est un point de chute fiable et agréable pour les voyageurs fréquents. Le restaurant sur place est une belle surprise : cuisine simple mais savoureuse, avec des buffets bien garnis. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, parfait pour démarrer la journée.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel bien situé à l'entrée de Sablé-sur-Sarthe. Personnel accueillant, disponible et chaleureux. Restauration de qualité malgré (ou grâce) un choix restreint. Le seul bémol (comme souvent chez Campanile) la nécessité de passer par l'extérieur pour passer de l'espace hôtelier à l'espace restauration.

J'ai découvert en arrivant à l'hôtel que la prestation de restauration n'était pas possible (restaurant avec une capacité limité) reponse nous vous avons appelé vous n'avez pas répondu.( oui j'animai une formation donc telephone en off) si vous décidez d'allez dans cet hotel gardez bien votre téléphone proche de vous si vous voulez réserver le restaurant pour le soir pour le reste tout est ok bien cordialement

Arrivée tardive impossible.

Hotel propre mais un peu vieillissant. A savoir qu'il faut arriver avant 22h, il n'est pas possible de récupérer les clés via une borne ou un coffre. Ce qui limite fortement l'intérêt de l'hôtel en cas d'arrivée tardive...

obligation de sortir du Mans car course le mans historique. Arrivée dans l'hôtel le personnel fait de son mieux. les chambres sont vétustes. pas envie d'y rester. tres mauvais moment.
