I had 2 consecutive pre-paid reservations of 4-5 days each. The room I was given had no hot water. The front desk people knew that and yet they gave me another room only after 3 days and after I threatened to cancel the 2nd reservation. Otherwise the room is OK and the cleaning crew works hard.
