The spacious living and dining room measures 45 m2 and opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 12 m2, offering a partial view of the sea and furnished for outdoor relaxation. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped to meet all culinary needs. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 feature 1 double bed each, with each bed composed of 2 single mattresses measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, and there is additionally a separate WC for the convenience of guests.
