The view was incredible and staff was very helpful/nice! Rooms were clean. You can see wear and tear throughout the rooms/building, but nothing that felt unsafe or unsanitary. Great location too, right near the pier and playground.

We booked a deluxe sweet which came with a hot tub. Honestly, I really don’t understand the negative reviews this place has. The hotel is small but just right for a perfect couple getaway. It is a bit old but it did not bother us at all. Our last beach trip we stayed in a more updated hotel and wasn’t really impressed with it. We will definitely book again! It was a bit of a bummer there wasn’t breakfast but they have a breakfast buffet just nearby that was soooo good i’m still thinking about their homemade butter. The beach is so close and the mexican restaurant los palmas was such a hit and has amazing drinks.

This was a huge room at a reasonable price. We got a suite that had a full kitchen and a balcony. The property had a nice and well maintained pool and it was within walking distance of absolutely everything we came to do. The place is definitely a little dated, but it was under construction for improvement. The parking wasn't the best but nothing we couldn't deal with. Overall it was a pleasant stay in a quaintly maintained hotel, overlooking the beach. We would completely come back!

The hotel was very nice but the other guest next door to me was very rude. They slammed doors and kicked the wall all night long. The next morning I immediately requested to be switched to another room and the receptionist moved me immediately.

First, the great stuff. Linens, floors, bath were clean. Some scuffs and missing paint as this is older hotel but housekeeping was excellent. Right at Beach and every room has ocean view balcony. Bed was comfy, but very high off floor. AC was fine. Shower was wimpy. They are not serving breakfast now but there is a nice serve yourself coffee maker with multi choice selections and cold water on tap free of charge. Close to many shops, eats and an amusement park. Construction on one side. Did not notice noise. Only entrance was very sharp incline drive. If you drive up and park, walkway is level. Walking sloped drive was challenging for me with cane. I would not dare try with wheelchair. Only one elevator with some wait time. My door was difficult to open and close and hardware actually became loose by time I left. Got discounted price thru Expedia and that made up for some of the inconveniences. With good price, I would stay here again.

The hotel is incredibly aged and dated, you can tell as soon as you pull up the ownership does not put any profits back into structural repairs or interior improvements. There were markings all over one side of the building, windows were blurry from years of dirt and residue, extremely poor parking conditions. The inside is incredibly run down, the room conditions were barely average. They had one ice machine all the way on the 6th floor, with no markings anywhere to tell you where it was at, it also had an out of order sign but still worked? The showers take incredibly long to warmup, average of 5 minutes of running until the water was even luke warm, 10 minutes until actual heat was felt in the water. Incredibly overpriced compared to much better hotels literally right next door. Please do not waste your money here.
