The Staff was very helpful, but the room was not in the best condition. The sofa for the sofa bed was dirty and the mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Even though they have a stove top to cook on they had no pots or pans or any utensils to be of use. They did have a microwave and that came in handy along with the full fridge. Overall the stay was tolerable but they definitely need a serious upgrade.

I didn even stay at this hotel. Booked for 6 nights, arrived for check in at 4pm, lobby is small and dirty, only one person work for check in. Cheked in after 1 hr, and room wasnt ready, waited 2 hrs to get room. When we finally get to a room it was nasty, floor is dirty and send everywhere. Stain on bad sheets, smells like in a public restroom. We left property as soon as we saw how bad it is. Dont trust pics on post and dont even try to book this property.

The check in process was terrible. I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my room. The check in time was 4pm, and I get my room around 5.45pm. The rooms looks nice, but was not cleaned properly. There was a lot of trash under the sofa bed from previous customers. They do not have enough carts to load your luggage. I only saw two. And the one they have, look disgusting. The location is perfect.

The best part was the view and location . This is the worst hotel I have ever been too. The elevator and corridors smell like urine. The towels and washcloths are so badly old and stained. The WiFi didn’t work. You can tell these rooms are not cleaned thoroughly there is trash under the beds and greasy stuff on the shower walls. I would not recommend. In my opinion they need to close this place down and try again.
