This was one of the best vacations my large family (7 adults and 9 kids) and I have ever had. This house is huge - so many beds and bathrooms - and a literal step away from the beach. John is amazing! He was so accommodating and welcoming. We will be staying there again!!

Amazing 4th of July Spot!

We loved our stay at this property! Being able to walk to the beach (and use the provided beach buggies, chairs, and umbrella) was ideal. Our group included 12 adults and the space was perfect for a group of our size - everyone had a bed, there were plenty of bathrooms, and the common areas could fit all of us for meals, games, and just hanging out. The fireworks from the rooftop were incredible on the 4th! We had a perfect view and loved being able to enjoy the show from the comfort of our own space. The host was very communicative and helpful both before and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

get family get away

Great location and loved the roof patio. I would have preferred an elevator however the stairs were ok. Kitchen was well equipped and towels bedding was great. Parking was tight but there was some on street passes that worked well. Had a lot of beach toys and equipment.

House was dirty, we had to clean, ac didn’t work in the bedrooms and host refused to help until contacted VRBO. Save yourself stay somewhere else.

Family Getaway

Perfect

We stayed here for a basketball tournament. We were four adults and 5 middle school girls. The location was perfect,plenty of room. We had a minor confusion about the parking, but then were able to figure it out and everything was fine. There were plenty of towels, just basic, and the roof deck was very nice. I'm pretty particular about towels, so I would probably bring my own next time. LOL We would stay again and it was perfect for team bonding. Lots of stairs, so that could be an issue for some.

Plenty of Bedrooms/bathrooms for 10, perfect walking distance from beach and boardwalks, rooftop was nice bonus. House was stocked nicely with necessary items. Great Parking off-street. Seating in living room was not the greatest could be time for an upgrade. Host was so good, always available and very helpful and accommodating!

Large space for large family

We stayed in this property with our 7 children and Grandma. There was more than enough space for our whole family. And we really enjoyed the location. The rooftop deck was perfect for watching the 4th of July fireworks.

Convenient & Spacious Unit

The unit was spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to run around, and the adults not being on top of each other. It was only a short walk to the beach, restaurants & groceries (Harris Teeter). Playgrounds and mini-golf are only a few blocks away, for those who didn't want the beach daily. Jon provided carts, umbrellas, toys, and chairs for the beach, a nice benefit. Parking was a bit difficult, trying to squeeze into the spaces. Jon was there to greet us when we drove in and showed us the unit. It was very convenient having two washer/dryers & two kitchens. There were plenty of towels for our use.

Worked great for our needs, with the group that we had.

We loved the location and the amount of rooms and beds provided. The house could use some minor repairs, things you wouldn’t expect to see for the price of the rental… The camera on the rooftop made us somewhat uncomfortable. Jon was extremely helpful upon arrival with arranging groceries to be brought into the building since it took us longer to get there than anticipated. The linens and towels being provided was great with the amount of people we had. King size bed was extremely comfortable.

Great Family Vacation

We rented two of John's units right next to each other for two large families and our vacation was amazing. The location is perfect and only a block away from the beach. The host is very easy to reach and takes care of any issues right away. John is also a very nice person and we really appreciated staying in his home. Would definitely come back again!! Also he has beach buggies and extra beach equipment which helped us out a lot! P.S.- There are four flights of stairs but the rooftop is amazing and we used it a lot!!

Great Location

I highly recommend the property. The location is convenient. Parking is available. It worked for us where I have my 4 employees sleep on the 2nd floor with their own kitchenette and laundry, while my family slept on the 3rd floor. The 4th floor was spacious to accommodate all of us for sit-down meals. The roof deck is a great feature.

Beyond Amazing!

When I say trust the pictures and this listing Property, TRUST IT! Thank you so much Jon for being who you are. Our vacation was very welcoming and by far best experience we have had in VA! I will rebook with this owner the property unit is amazing and spacious and love The floor plan set up! We all felt Comfortable with privacy for our families! Secure and safe with the lock codes! The destination was only minutes from The boardwalk and ocean! Our favorite spot for relaxation was the ROOFTOP LOUNGE AREA! Thank you again Jon! Keep doing what your are doing for travelers!
